Very very disappointed in the customer service received by Kim the manager all 3 times. The first visit was supposed to be an exciting day renting suits for my daughter upcoming wedding. As soon as we walked in the front door we were greeted with Kim complaining and talking very loud about how she is short staffed and it will take a while to be seen. I advised her we had appointment's and the rest of the wedding party were on their way for the fitting as well. She advised me that they do not do group appointments after we booked the appointments online back to back. We decided to look around while we were waiting and she kept jumping into our conversations while we were talking. We were not even talking to her at this time. My husband was so upset that he was ready to walk out and go somewhere else. Needless to say she ended up messing up the orders and we had to call to have them all corrected. Suites were the wrong color and items were missing. The pickup was the same. She was complaining again that she was short staffed and giving every customer that came in the door an attitude. After the wedding when we went to put the suite back in the bag an apple watch fell out. Apparently the person before us left it in the bag. I had a fellow employee drop it off for me and again Kim was extremely rude and complaining that she was short staffed and she would have to wait awhile. My friend explained that she was just dropping off the watch and Kim apparently said okay and threw it on the table. These 3 interactions started in October and ended this week. She has shown 3 times now that she is very unprofessional. She definitely needs some updated customer service training. You can tell by the reaction from her fellow employees that they do not like working with her based on their facial expressions. First of all I decided to go with this company for my wedding where the groom, fathers, siblings ring bearer and my nephew all rented tuxes, all of which I was told would qualify the groom to get the $250 shopping spree. I believe this is a big scam because it is the ONLY reason we went here and upon tux pickup I was told my husband didn’t qualify for.. Second, my son was my ring bearer and he was a very important part of our wedding and we wanted him to be a mini version of his dad. Somehow between fitting and pickup his tux jacket was switched from husky to regular and did not fit. So we had to come back the next day. Oh also I was told my tux rentals would be ready on a Monday during fitting but when it came down to it they didn’t even get to the store until mid day Tuesday. So we had to drive the hour it was away from our wedding location to pick up our sons tux on Wednesday, the day before the wedding. Everything in his rental was ready to go the day before, when on my wedding day he didn’t have any socks or any bow tie in his garment bag. My husband had to tell me during our first look that our son wasn’t going to look the way he was supposed to and not to flip out. This was the worst vender that I hired for my wedding and when I told the associate in the store he said so what company was the second? BOYYYY you have some nerve!!! Read moreI went in to this place to rent a suit on Jan 27th of 2024 for my buddies wedding. Well I ended up finding out my daughter would shortly after be born around the same day as his wedding. So, I canceled the rental that I paid cash for the following week. I have been very patient and kind but I am over it at this point. It has been numerous phone calls and visits to this place to get my money back and still have not received a dime. Even though they have video proof of me handing the money over to there employee who was on drugs and decided to pocket the money. That's not my problem. You need to do better about drug testing employees or doing better background checks. As a company I will never go here again for a rental. Its an absolute mess of a place. The Store Manager is great she did everything she could but still because of the corporate restrictions on the the store I still have not been paid. The corporation as whole is an absolute joke and next time I go in it will be with the law. I am not waiting anymore. Stay away...
