My workouts had faded into the background of life and I had become tired, complaining of aching muscles, and didn’t even recognize what had gone into atrophy from a lack of movement. I contacted Ron thinking that our program would have me back on the treadmill running, something I’ve previously enjoyed. His intake forms provided details that lead him in a different direction—deal first with the pain I was experiencing, test my agility and strength, and then work out with focus.
