Discovering Mega JC was a game-changer for me. 1. The workout itself- My personal preference is the Evo only classes which are small and intimate, low impact but challenging enough to know when the class is over that you just had an amazing workout. 2. Results- I’ve never experienced results so quickly. My body changed and I felt stronger only after a few visits. It’s addictive because I want to keep seeing my progress. Make sure you try it a few times. Your first class will mostly be getting used to the machine and listening to the instructor. Don’t be discouraged if you feel a little lost for your first time. 3. The trainers- they are all super friendly and inviting. They are also extremely knowledgeable in Lagree and what I believe is the most important part of this particular workout is that they give clear and specific verbal ques and instructions. The movements also flow perfectly and you can tell they have built the variations in a customized way to workout your full body, yet every single class is different. 4. Versatility- this workout can accommodate beginners and advanced levels in the same class. The half treadmill option is also great if you want to get cardio + strength 5. Facility- the studio is Aesthetic and chic, such a cool vibe ! It’s also clean and inviting. The music and dark lighting during class is awesome too. My advice is to check your email ahead of your first class because the location is difficult to find for the first time. Also don’t arrive late for your first class. I’ve been attending MEGA classes for some time now, and I can confidently say that it has been a game-changer for my journey. After sustaining a spine injury that affects nerve function in my legs, I’ve had to approach physical activity with extra care. MEGA, with its emphasis on core strength, balance, and flexibility, was something I wanted to try, but I wasn’t sure how to make it work with my condition.
I took some time off to focus on physical therapy for my condition. Upon returning to MEGA, Stevie took the time to understand my specific needs and limitations. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable, always offering modifications so I can participate in the exercises without compromising my safety or comfort. She explains each movement clearly, ensuring I understand how to adjust my posture or support my body as I move.

Class sizes are ~12, big enough where you feed off the energy of a group fitness class, but small enough that instructor can walk around and help everyone with their form. The instructors here are all great - All are super friendly and attentive, giving adjustments or suggesting modifications to ensure that you are engaging the right muscles and staying safe.
Lagree on the reformer is definitely something to get used to if you’ve not done lagree before, but the instructors take time to show you how to use the machine, demonstrate all the moves, and give clear instructions.
