My experience with Martha ( Manager) in BJs Jersey City was a very pleasant one, Martha is a professional in her work and full of knowledge in the field of opticals. She made me and my family feel at home and was very comforting in dealing with my 9yr old son who needed glasses for the very first time. She did a good job in explaining the details of our prescription and explained every detail mentioned therein. She then went on to help us in choosing the right frame as my son was a kid and did not know which frame to choose, she offered many choices and frames and explained which one was appropriate for my son and on her explanation and experience it was very easy to make a choice of the right frame with the right price. She made the right choice for us and we are very happy that she did a good job and made sure that the glasses were ready just in time as my son was going to school. Called me about two hours before they closed to tell me my glasses were available, so I booked it over there as fast as I could after work. He started lecturing me about how he called me that morning (untrue, I actually tried to call earlier that day when I had time to see if my glasses were available, and he didn't pick up the phone). He was also trying to close early, which I think is why he was so unfriendly, but still not great when I had literally run over there. That same worker also kept trying to push me to buy more expensive lenses during the fitting.
