VB3 Pizzeria — Restaurant in Jersey City

I went to VB3 today at 5pm and as always really enjoyed the experience.

If you’re looking for the perfect mix of incredible food, great energy, and a stylish space, look no further than VB3. This place is a total gem! The pizza! Absolutely phenomenal — whether you’re into classic Margherita or loaded with creative toppings, every slice is a flavor bomb. The crust has that perfect balance of crunch and chew, the sauce is rich and zesty, and the cheese… let’s just say it melts like a dream.

But VB3 is more than just great pizza — the ambience has leveled up in a big way. The recent design upgrades give it a super fresh, urban-chic vibe. Indoors, the sleek lighting, modern decor, and open layout make it perfect for chill dinners with friends. Step outside and you’re greeted with a cozy, well-designed patio that’s perfect for those warm-weather evenings.

Owner Caesar is the heart and soul of this place. He’s not only welcoming and friendly, but his passion for the restaurant shows in every detail. He greets regulars like family and goes out of his way to make newcomers feel like they’ve been coming for years.

There’s a new energy at VB3 — it’s trendy without being pretentious, fun without being chaotic. Whether you’re there for a casual bite, weekend drinks, or a full dinner spread, VB3 delivers consistently delicious food in an atmosphere that’s just plain cool.

Worst pizza place ever, I’d give minus stars if I could. We live in the apartment above this place and walked by it every day, finally decided to try when we got a coupon ($5 off for $35). I was going to order online first but the coupon didn’t have any code so I had no choice but to call to place the order. We were put on hold for three minutes then ordered two personal sized pizzas and buffalo chicken tender, and informed her about the coupon (she said she will take off when we pick up the order). My husband went to pick up without any clue, he said the receipt was already printed and paid with cash.

But when I looked carefully in the receipt - they still didn’t take off credit card fee, nor $5 coupon, and charged 20% tip for pick up order.

The only nice thing was that the portions were big, but that doesn’t matter because food was so bad we didn’t even finish half. Pizzas are flavorless, chicken tenders were like sponge and fries were soggy (it could fold in half no problem lol)

For this price there are so so many options in the neighborhood that this place cannot even compare to. I wish I donated this $45 for something meaningful.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at VB3. I ordered food for my sick uncle on behalf of my grandmother, who paid for it. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to the wrong apartment. When I called to let them know, they told me they couldn’t retrieve it — even though the building’s security guard confirmed the food was likely accepted by the wrong tenant.

There was no real effort made to make things right. I had to ask for a refund — it wasn’t even offered upfront. I called back hoping they would show a little empathy or accountability by redelivering the food, especially since my uncle is a regular customer and the situation involved someone who is ill and homebound. Instead, they refused to send the food again unless I paid a second time.

There was no compassion, no problem-solving, just a cold “no.” In a city like Jersey City, where good food and good service should go hand-in-hand, this was incredibly disappointing. My grandmother doesn’t have money to waste, and this felt like a complete disregard for a loyal customer and a vulnerable person.
