Toy and Game World — Local services in Jersey City

Well let me Begin by saying that I am an avid videogame collector and this is the if not my top store in the Jersey City area. The two young gentlemen who run the store brothers Alex and Sam are one of the most generous and kindest persons I've ever met. Their prices are very competitive when it comes to online and they usually have prices that are lower than the competition found out there. I found some neat stuff here. Both interesting and rare. They are also known for their card collecting such as Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh and such. Although limited they do have some T-shirts available and movies on both Blu-ray and DVD. The store is not small nor is it big it's quaint. It's very warm and inviting when you walk in. They also have many toys available both vintage and modern and many Lego sets. And if you're worried about something that's broken or doesn't work they'll never give you no problem with taking something back. If you have anything to sell this is also a great place to get a decent amount of money as they try to go above and beyond their customers when it comes to fulfilling your interest in video and card gaming. I've come here now for a few years almost every other day and it's like my second home and I'm not the only one. It's definitely worth the trip to check this store out. Trust me you'll be glad...

Just what the Jersey City Heights needed for us "Geeks/Nerds", and that is a a video game/trading card game place. For its tiny stature and location, the selection of what they have from toys, videogames (NES to Xbone/PS4), card games(Pokemon/Yugioh/MTG/etc.) Some movies/DVD's and Comic books will keep you coming back for more. Owners always willing to work with you and nice to talk with, game with or play a TCG game. Prices are on point and reasonable. Their are two hopes for the store, that they will be an area to have tables to game comfortably and we hope that this store thrives for years to come, its been too long since we have had this kind of store in the Heights. For those of us that have lived here for a long time, the last place was B&B Comics off of Central Avenue and Bowers Street in 2001 and prior to that "The End Zone" in 1999 on Central Avenue between South Street and Thorne. So, go and peruse, look and spend time there, can't wait to go there...
