Horrible customer service, i found out i was being charged for a lip membership that i was told was supposed to be cancelled once i upgraded to the line tamer membership. To my surprise i found out i was still being charged for the lip membership every single month for a whole year and a half. As soon as i realized i checked my bank statements to confirm. Not one email was sent as a receipt either for these transactions like i received on my active membership during this time.
I called the jersey city location as soon as i realized as i realized and when explaining they told me i do not have a active lip membership, then after looking further they found where i was being charged and cancelled it so i wasn't being charged further. Interesting. It happen to be around 4th of july so i waited about 2 weeks until someone was able to contact me back for the refund. Once they did they didn’t call, but texted me they sent the refund. The next day i realized they only refunded me for one month when i have been charged for a whole year and a half.
Again as soon as i noticed i texted that number- few days no response. So i call the location then having to re explain the situation i was told by sasha this issue will be expedited and sent to upper management and i will be updated the next week. Of course no once calls. So i wait a week call back no answer, left voicemail no one calls back. Call again to follow up the next day and the manager sasha was not it but they will make sure she calls me back when shes in - again no call back. Again i call the following day to reach her its been almost 2 weeks im being told to wait it takes about 7-14 business days but assuring me i will be contacted back and just need to be patient and keep waiting.
Again i wait and wait, ive sent 2 emails about this issue, multiple texts and even instagram messaged and not one person can respond to solve this issue. After a week i call another location since i wasn’t getting anywhere here, i asked for upper managements number or email so i can contact them directly to solve this matter and be refunded what was taken from me. Apparently if you want to talk to upper management about an issue you cant. They wont give a number but they can contact them. Again i was told to keep waiting its being “investigated” even after a month. Not one person from upper management has called me back to fix this issues or even try to get information about this. I have all the transaction dates on my bank statements. Once i asked to get a time line where i can expect to be contacted by upper management i was told AGAIN they will call and find out i will text you- and yet not one text was received.
At this point its now coming close to 2 months where no one has contacted me back to solve this issue or even get any more information to even investigate. I find it very hard to believe that not one person can reach out and solve this issue. this has been extremely frustrating situation and extremely unprofessional. But when you owe them a payment upper management is on the phone right away . Also i recently found out i wasn't the only one this happened too as well, especially to someone who never even had a membership she still found random $20 charges to their card.
Be careful, if you ever have any issues or are being charged randomly its impossible to reach upper management to fix the issue and get back the money that was...

I bought a package for microneedling the first time was great the second time I went to monclair evolve med spa due to scheduling since they cancelled my appointment then the third time I came back to the JC location on JUNE 20 and they burned me. When I went my third time she told me that she went deeper this was a Friday immediately after my face felt off hurt like it never have before. I booked an appointment immediately with my dermatologist and the doctor told me they were to aggressive with the microneedling. I reached out to evolve and they told me to come in right away they gave me a gel and said to use it. My burn marks were not going away so I asked for a refund. I was honestly so sad my face looked like this everyone that saw me felt bad. Finally on July 15 after so much back and forth about waiting to hear back about a refund they emailed me saying “ Furthermore, we have spoken to our clinical team and upper management in regard to this matter and we will issue you a refund for a single session of Microneedling. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for this to show on your account.” On JULY 16 they emailed me saying they can’t process the refund since it bounced back because 6 months have passed & that it will take 30 days to fully resolved by August 15…. It is now September 4th and they ghosted me. They have not emailed me called me or contacted me in anyway after I emailed them & texted. I was lied to and now I have burn marks and scares that I have to treat and cover with heavy makeup. It’s very sad how they handled the situation but for anyone reading this please be careful with microneedling here and just know if anything goes wrong. They will just ignore you and not make it right. Go here ..get burned ..and get ghosted.. comical...

I had questions about my treatment and they gave me answers in texting
I love that they have a texting system unlike most businesses. I went in for botox yesterday and i was instantly welcomed and asked if i was sparkling water or bottled water. Paige was my injector. She was friendly and asked me a series of questions that made me feel comfortable and that they cared.
I requested information about tmj treatment and she informed me the cost and how many units but also how life changing it would be. I normally get botox in my forehead and between brows but I wasnt ready to spend double so I opted to wait to do tmj treatment another time. She didn't flinch of judgment and let it go that I couldn't afford it.
Before she began my forehead, I asked if she could give me a brow lift which would Still be in my budget and Paige again didn't flinch from what seemed of me being "indecisive". She was so patient with me and understanding.
5 min later I was out of the room feeling good about my experience. I then was greeted by a new person at the front desk, Amanda. I explained to her how I have been to several Manhattan locations and didn't get the experience like I did here and I really enjoyed it.
