The man who was at the cash register today 5:13PM extremely sarcastic and unwelcoming. This man appeared to be under the influence of a drug for sure. I asked him for the Newman and his response was “do you see it” in a very rude manner. The bird was on display but not available. I asked how long will it take for the bird to come out and he continued to respond with sarcasm. The response I received was “my boss just said it did you hear her or is it voices in my head.” The female & the male who was ahead of me received proper response when speaking with him. When I approached was when the complete sarcasm and rude behavior was presented. I drove 52 min to come to this location from Rahway as I was in route to NY. I could have just went straight into NY to the location that I visit frequent. I have been a fan of two boots since 2011 in which I visited the location of 96th and Broadway originally. That location relocated to 71st street. I will never return to this location. I will also make sure the customers I have referred no longer support this specific location. Myself and the few people I put on to this establishment will continue to support the 71st street location and the Brooklyn location whereas the customer service is...

The food was incredible, they have a ton of great vegan options, and the non-vegan options were great for my mom too. I only had one small issue with this place, the wait staff was a bit impolite. When I ordered my food the gentleman behind the register seemed generally bothered and then when it came time to pay he took my card, swiped, hit no tip, and signed FOR ME. He did all of it upside down over the screen while I watched so he could take the next person behind me. The garbage was over flowing so the same worker walked out, took both hands and pushed the trash down to compact it, then huffed angrily and went to the bathroom. After that, I went and ordered another piece. It came out burnt so I went back up and mentioned it to a different gentleman behind the counter, he seemed upset, trashed the piece, grabbed another one, slammed it on the counter. and threw in another one in the oven for me without so much as an apology. I don’t ask for much, the food is really good, but the servers aren’t too nice.

I have bought the vegan square pie at minimum a dozen times and have had no problems until tonight. It was hard to order and the lady first told me they don’t make a vegan square and I said I’ve bought it at least a dozen times. After getting the order through and emphasizing that it has to be vegan the lady said no problem it will have Daiya cheese. We get the pie and everyone takes a bite of their pie and we all realize it’s not vegan. We called back and they promised it’s vegan when we know it’s not. Then my mother called and they told her the owner will call back. We called again and the lady who picked up the phone tonight said the manager is gone and the owner will call you tomorrow! Why put us through so much for your mistake just refund the money on the card. You ruined our meal, putting us through stress and then you won’t take care of it tonight...this is definitely not the way to treat people. You make a mistake you fix it.
