Terrible communication and terrible customer service. I order on their website paid nearly $300 for a 6 ft tree, delivery and some accessories. My delivery window (11am - 1pm) came and went without a word of communication. No answer on the phone, mailbox full so can’t leave a message. No response to text messages. Reached out on Instagram, and was pretty much ignored. I have to go to work and will not be home if they ever do decide to show up. So now figuring out how to get refunded. I would rather use a fake plastic tree than to spend my money with Kevin’s Tree Lot. The unprofessionalism, disorganization and lack of communication makes this a business I would avoid!
Update: I want to be clear and transparent. Kevin from Kevin’s tree lot is a liar and extremely unprofessional. The delivery wasn’t “slightly late” the delivery finally showed up 4.5 hours AFTER the 3 hour delivery window. I left my original review after I requested a refund so when the tree arrived I rejected it and decided to take my business elsewhere. Kevin responded to me finally at nearly 10pm, issued a refund, apologized and claimed to be short. I can understand delays, traffic, being short staffed etc. but I cannot understand why there was zero communication. After I left my reviews on yelp and google, this clown Kevin texts me at nearly 1am to be petty because his feelings were hurt by my reviews. Word of unsolicited advice Kevin.. grow up, take accountability and learn to conduct business like a professional instead of being...

What a show you're putting on lolll....Bad quality customer service. I contacted them through the website chat as I've tried calling and emailing with no avail and they were so rude. I tried asking about the Douglas Fir tree availability and they said would have none but were trying to get some. So I suggested taking it off the website because it says "Coming soon" and is misleading. They continued to tell me it wasn't misleading and I should go elsewhere. Some business! How does a customer ask a question and leave feedback that was not rude btw and you tell them to go elsewhere. Not sure who operates the chat on their website but it was hilarious as I could not believe that was my actual interaction. If only you guys could see my screenshots loll. I still ordered my tree as I love the delivery and set up option, especially having a small baby its hard to do much but that interaction was not it! Small business or not, great customer service can go a long way especially this time of year. It's a stressful time and I hope that person has a better...
Read moreTo start- these guys have a huge sign in front explaining that because a dinner for 2 costs "$150" then them charging you the same amount is fair.. Guys I don't work for anyone who sells trees I just hate to see opportunists take advantage of people in a tight spot. If you want a tree go to Lowe's they sell the same trees that they have here (Balsam fir & Fraser fir) for a max amount of 70$ for a 7-8 foot tree. For the owners-guys you have to have a better explanation than "this is what the tree costs us", it's 2021 the market is connected, responsive, informed. You can't flat out rip people off and expect them accept it and not have any kickback. Hope you take the lesson...
