From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Alejandro, the chef and owner of this incredible restaurant. His passion for food truly shines through in every dish.
Here’s what we ordered: Fettuccini with creamy pesto and chicken – The homemade pasta was incredibly fresh, and the rich, flavorful pesto made for a comforting and delicious dish. Custom bowl with salmon and honey ginger dressing – The salmon was cooked to perfection, with crispy skin and a tender, juicy interior. The honey ginger dressing complemented it beautifully, balancing sweetness with a hint of spice that kept me wanting more. Passion fruit iced tea – Made fresh with real fruit and no added sugar. My only complaint? I finished it way too fast!
Before leaving, we had another chat with Alejandro, who was an absolute delight. Learning about his farm-to-table approach and his journey from Venezuela to opening this restaurant made the experience even more special.
