I ordered a t-shirt online I received the wrong shirt then was told the shirt I had ordered was sold out.I asked if I could return the shirt in person to one of their stores they said yes. So I went to the jersey city store today and returned it but I only received the price of the shirt not the shipping. So apparently it's my fault and is costing me shipping because of their screw up on this order. I've never heard of anything like this before. I'm disgusted by this skateshop and the way they rob customers because of their mistakes. They have lost a customer the sad thing is I bought from njskateshop several times in the past. If I could give this place zero stars I would this an absolutely horrible way to...

So I went to this place for a friend who's a big Ray Barbee fan and wanted some merch signed since Ray was going to be there. This isn't my scene as I know nothing about boards or Ray but this store is amazing. I walked in and clearly looked out of place. This dude came over immediately and helped me out. Got on the phone with my friend and took care of everything. Ray signed everything and was really nice. I don't think this experience could have gone any better. They seem to have good prices, however I placed an order of shoes that said it shipped 3 days ago, only for it to be refunded today because they are out of stock. So now I’m waiting for my money back on my card to buy the shoes I should be receiving today, and have to buy more. So beware on that, but they seem to have good prices. Maybe in store shopping...
