Let me put you on to a vibe — COPA Sips & Latin Tapas is more than just a meal, it’s a whole experience wrapped in bold flavors, rhythmic beats, and an atmosphere as smooth as a top-shelf pour.
Let’s talk about that Tequila Caesar Salad. This isn’t your typical Caesar — it’s Caesar on vacation with a Latin flair. Crisp greens gently tossed in a tequila-infused Caesar dressing that’s light, balanced, and just adventurous enough to keep you curious. No overpowering anchovy vibes — just pure flavor harmony. And instead of your basic croutons? Crispy tortilla strips — light, golden, perfectly salted, and bringing that crunch you didn’t know you needed.
Then came the pork belly, and let me tell you — this was a moment. Rich, tender, and beautifully seared, each bite melts effortlessly… and when paired with perfectly roasted Brussels sprouts, it’s a savory duet that hits all the right notes — smoky, earthy, and just the right amount of indulgent.
As for starters — do not skip the guacamole. Creamy, fresh, with a zesty kiss of pico de gallo on top. It comes with crispy plantain chips that are subtly sweet, crunchy, and just the right canvas for that vibrant guac. Simple, but absolutely unforgettable.
The mussels? Let’s just say they didn’t stand a chance. Plump, juicy, and swimming in a broth so divine you’ll be tempted to ask for a straw.
But what truly elevates the entire night is the ambiance. The lovely Latin music plays like a heartbeat in the background — smooth, seductive, and soul-stirring. It drapes the room in a translucent warmth, encouraging laughter, connection, and maybe even a little dancing between courses. It doesn’t overwhelm — it enhances, wrapping you in a rhythm that makes everything feel just right.
✨Pro tip: Saturdays after 8 PM are where the magic happens. Live music, full energy, and a room that feels alive in every corner.

Read moreIf you’re looking for incredible food paired with unforgettable hospitality, Copas is the place to be. We first met Leo and Destiny, who were so warm, welcoming, and attentive that we came back the very next night. Yes, it’s that good. On our second visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Jorge, the owner, whose passion and kindness sealed the deal. We also got to know Jackie, who was just as engaging and made us feel right at home.
Chef Shannon even came out personally to check on us, which speaks volumes about their commitment to service. Now let’s talk about the food. Every dish brought back memories of my childhood. My absolute favorite was the Albóndigas and Fideo. It had the perfect hint of spice, and I literally closed my eyes because it took me right back to my childhood. It was absolutely delicious, and I will be getting it every time I come.
The Churrasco Board was another standout with so much protein and flavor for such a reasonable price. And the Choriqueso? Gooey, flavorful perfection.
Their drink menu is also excellent, with a wide variety of handcrafted cocktails that pair perfectly with every dish. Whether you’re out for a lively Saturday night or just want to enjoy a relaxing brunch with friends, Copas hits every note. It offers a cozy, family vibe while still keeping the energy high and fun.
Don’t miss this gem. Copas is a flavor, a feeling, and an experience you’ll want to return to...
Read moreI would have given this restaurant 5 stars but then the manager completely ruined our meal. All was great. Our server was wonderful, very attentive. The Brussels and Belly and the Bruschetta were absolutely amazing. The Brussels sprouts and the pork belly were still crunchy but had a slightly sweet maple flavor. Our server told us the bruschetta was seasonal and may not last on the menu long. But it was amazing with the tomatoes being roasted to perfection. But as we were close to finishing our appetizers and considering ordering dinner we smelled cigar smoke. We couldn’t figure out where it came from but thought as we were seated on the aisle someone walking past us must have just finished one. But then we noticed the manager walking back up to the table next to us to seat more guests. In his hand he was holding a lit cigar. My husband was diagnosed recently with severe asthma and had gone to the ER already 2 times this year for attacks. His attacks are set off by smoke so we ended up paying our bill and going to dinner elsewhere. I had only taken a few sips of my drink. We won’t be going back as long as this manager is there which is sad as this menu seemed...
