Kolache Factory — Restaurant in Jersey Village

I normally go to this location every single Saturdays with my kids. They have two great front ladies that are very sweet and kind. But today, i got service from an Ansian Rude whom got after i ask what i wanted literally trow the bag of kolache at me...I normally dont rate places. I spoke with manager and he didnt do anything other than say sorry. The kid lie.. I wont spend my money at places like this periot. He was all nervous when i asked him if he knew the reason I was in front of me( because the place was full and i wated til there was no custumers).. I will spend my money @ places that respect...

Food is great, service is great, but I need you guys to help me with something. It’s time to get that ice machine fixed! You have been struggling with that ice machine for over a year now,, it’s a 50-50 shot when I come in if I’m going to be able to get ice or not. It’s time to replace the machine, it served you well, it made you money, let’s get a new one. One more if you could please move that radio that the employees turn up so loud that I cannot visit with my family at the table. I usually love this place - the food in general is what you’d expect but they need to pay better attention to who they hire . The old woman at the counter isn’t listening as i’m ordering or asking a question , basically rekills the chickens that laid the eggs for the kolaches she gave me because she heated them so long, tries to shoo me out of the way of the line WITHOUT GIVING ME MY FOOD and then come to find out she gave me the WRONG KOLACHES .
