Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jersey Village

BUYER BEWARE, MANAGEMENT LETS ITS EMPLOYEES TOUCH THEMSELVES WHILE ON THE CLOCK AND HANDLING FOOD.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location has the most unprofessional "management" I have ever encountered and disgusting habits. There was a worker that touched his genitals while handling the pizzas, while on the clock, in guest view, when brought to managements attention he stated "we know it's his last day" ABSOLUTELY NOT. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I don't care if it's his last day, that's never something that is ok to do in a work setting. We don't know that this person does not have some kind of STD or other transmittable health condition. While being upset about this disgusting display(as anyone would) the manager Sean then had the absolute audacity to say that I NEED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL?! ABSOLUTELY NOT. YOU ARE OUT HERE ALLOWING YOUR WORKERS TO CREATE UNSAFE AND HEALTH HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS. SOMEONE TOUCHING THEMSELVES INAPPROPRIATELY AND THEN HANDLING FOOD IS A FELONY!! All while acting like it's no big deal. Police have been contacted about this, as has the health department and corporate. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere, and I do not usually post reviews on places, but this was so far out of line I didn't know what else to do. The public needs to be warned. This place will not ever receive another penny of mine, that's for sure.

So I order 2 pizzas on the Little Caesar’s app and when I received a notification that the order was ready, I went inside to punch in the code (my name was clearly displayed in the #3 slot on the far left), there was nothing there. So after a few minutes, a worker placed the pizzas in slot #4 and didn’t even care to put in my name again. Then after the worker helped a customer in front of me, I questioned why there wasn’t anything in slot #3 when I got there and if the pizzas in slot #4 were mine. He was clearly confused and said, “No, the pizzas in slot #4 are for Eugene.” After getting that squared away, I get home and find that they gave me a nasty looking pizza. I mean really, they actually give pizzas to customers looking like this?? The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is that the cheese pizza turned out to be good.

Never coming back here again and I strongly encourage others not to come here either. Worst Little Caesar’s I’ve...

I came in to order a pizza place the order over online because the staff didn't want to take my order in person and I was told to order online. I come back 30 minutes later saying my online order is ready, Grab it through the pizza portal everything looks proper. I get home the pizza is lukewarm and taste very old. The crust didn't taste right and was very off, The cheese wasn't stringy at all on the pizza, The pepperoni taste burnt and The beef tasted wrong. All in all I had to throw away half of the 3 pizzas that I ordered Because me my wife and my daughter got violently ill in the bathroom after consuming them. My family was upset because Little Caesars is a treat for us and we very much enjoy it. Will really have to think after this if we want to continue and go back. Between people telling us to order online so they can go back to horse playing in the back and Food that made us repaint our porcelain it will be awhile...
