My husband and I visited this location for the first time tonight. The service was fast, the food was tasty, but they lack customer service. My husband specifically asked for no gravy on my mashed potatoes because it contains pork. The manager (Yadira D.) took our order and even said ok after my husband said no gravy. When I get home, there is gravy on it. I called to inform them I would be returning because I asked for no gravy and I can't eat the potatoes.The manager that took my order answered and kept saying she doesn't remember me saying no gravy and that she repeated our order back twice and said with gravy. After telling her I haven't had gravy on my mashed potatoes in years and I know what I asked for she continues to deny it and refuse replacing it. I then requested to have my entire order (3 chicken tenders and a biscuit) replaced because now my food would be cold due to me having to drive back. She says "Well I'm not going to exchange your chicken just the potatoes since that's the only thing incorrect) She attempted to tell me to bring the potatoes and receipt back another day although I'm telling her I'm hungry tonight and would just like to have what I payed for. She still refused. After trying to reason with her I finally said I'll just return the order for a full refund and ended the call due to not wanting to argue. I show up and she didn't even attempt to greet me just reached her hand out for my food, threw it in the trash and replaced it. She didn't offer any apology for the inconvenience and acted as if her trying to argue on the phone with me never happened. If she is truly the manager this location won't be open for long because she likes to argue and lacks conflict...

I placed my order at the drive-thru speaker, got to the window, handed the lady my card and waited for 5 minutes while she tried to run my card at the front counter. She came back and told me that the credit card system was down and it was "cash only" I told her all I had was $2 cash on me. She said "sorry". I said "so you're just going to have me leave empty handed?" She said yes. I asked her if there was a way I could get the #3 I ordered anyways as a courtesy. She said no, sorry. I told her she could, she just chose not to.
It appeared to me she didn't even understand what I was saying, she had a very thick accent. The manager was right there and never came to the window to talk to me. Horrible experience. It wasn't my fault there card system was down. I was on a 30 minute lunch and didn't have time to go somewhere else. I wouldn't expect my food for free if they told me at the speaker, but since I waited and already ordered they should have given me the order anyway. I wasn't trying to get a free meal, I just didn't have cash on me. I would have paid next time or they could have taken my card info and ran it later. This is the mindset of some people, they don't understand customer service and can't think outside the box. The lady was truly clueless that just giving me the order anyway could be an option. She didn't even ask the manager. I won't be coming here again based on the reviews and my experience. This is a fairly new store and it looks like they don't have their act together. The one at 529 and Jackrabbit is the best store...

But yes it was so I told the young lady I ask for fresh out the grease and she said its fresh after I watched her fix my food pulling from the front so I ask her for the manager and she said he can hear you he the one said its fresh so I ask him if there is a problem with them making my food fresh out grease and for a minute he talking to other co worker ask I wait for an answer and then said after a few minutes yes we can make fresh but its going to be 14 minutes after all that I feel like if I would have gotten my order the way I asked the first time my 14 minute would have been up ..After I was waiting another man comes in and ask for the food fresh and the same lady being so friendly and call his food back to be fresh with no problem alone with the manager at her side but keep in mind I was there minutes before this man came in and they gave him his food before me and he ask for fresh food also . Then after I waited for over 14 minutes the manager then asked do I want something to drink while I wait and I told he no Thank you and then he said he was sorry after so long .
