Opie nails. Fantastic work this gentleman's attention to detail was amazing let's just say I will be going back there regardless if there was a 4.75 rating because the work that gentleman done actually made up for the fact that I had a 9:00 appointment scheduled and secured 30 minutes before opening due to my schedule, and there was a no-show. Luckily I was grateful that their clientele honest and I was the first one seated but even with my work less than or say 5 miles away I made it to work barely 7 minutes. And to me that's unacceptable I almost risked going in with no design no paint because my job is more important as well as their word and keeping appointments. So hopefully my fill in appointment will be honored and with all the same respect and attention to detail that I have fabulously got to enjoy this week. Visited Lows to have a key duplicated. The process from walking into the store to leaving (including checkout) was about 15 minutes. I walked in and was promptly greeted at the key kiosk by gentleman that helped me. The employee was very busy and multitasking between customers at the time. The gentleman made time for me promptly. I was impressed by his politeness, friendly, and helpful customer service considering how many customers he was assisting. Cashier was friendly, fast, and professional too. Visit...
