Starbucks — Restaurant in Johnson City

That was a very unpleasant experience. To start out, I’ll say the coffee tasted fine. It was not the best cup, nor the worst cup I’ve had. But the staff. They were very unfriendly and rude. I was charged 3$ over the normal cost. When I asked about it, the girl ignored me until I asked multiple times. When I did get a response, it was that that was just the way it was. Then she stared at me. She did not make any attempts to be helpful or explain why her up charge was different from every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to and ordered this drink from.

I’m not a conflict kind of person so I was sure to be polite in my questions.

Didn’t catch names but two women around 8 tonight were actually quite rude. Walked up to the counter to order as they were both standing there doing nothing and then looked at me and got quiet as if they couldn’t believe I would come there and both tried messing with stuff I assume to get the other to take my order. Finally took my order and said they “don’t scan rewards there” but yet I have never been told that at that location so that seemed weird. Thought maybe it was just me but as we walked away even my boyfriend said they were very rude and acted like they didn’t want to be bothered and were too busy conversating. We were at target at 8 pm and decided we would like a drink to have while we shop . We got all the way inside and was looking at the cups which we always buy at least two every time we go because we love them. As we were looking some rude worker worker told us “ WE ARE CLOSED “ and we asked them what its 8 pm you dont close for another hour and it was met with “ NO WE ARE CLOSED “ Furthermore they know we just watched them serve a customer minutes before us. Then looked at us and turned the lights out. I will never be back go this location and i expect there to be a way to resolve this as i am a loyal customer and spend 20-30 dollars each...
