I shopped in the JC location for the first time last week. Olivia was working and so kind! As soon as I came in she said hello and asked if I was shopping for anything in particular and let me know she was happy to help. She helped me pair a headband to an outfit. I didn’t trying anything on in store and when I got home I realized I needed to size up. They did the exchange and it was easy peasy. They even shipped a dress from the other store directly to my house. I hope to have several more events and reasons to shop with them in the future.
