It takes a lot for me to leave feedback but I visited this location twice in the past few weeks to inquire about renting a vest and pants for my wedding. The first time we just wanted to see what was available and the employees acted like we were inconveniencing them so much by asking about rentals. My fiancĂ©e and I went in again today to do a fitting and there was one other person in the store. Tried to get an employees attention but again they acted like they were too important to talk to me about a rental. I was told to scan a QR code to get on a waitlist. This employee was too concerned about getting the Five Guys he strolled in with shortly after ignoring me. Iâve never seen anything about making an appointment. I was fine to wait for a while and was told I would be right after the 5 oâclock appointment. The appointment ended up taking almost an hour and then the guy skipped over us in line without even acknowledging me again! I went to ask him why I got skipped and he told me oh sorry the appointment took longer than I thought. If I hadnât went over to him he would have continued to ignore me. While we stood around and waited for an hour and a half there were at least four other employees who were just standing around doing absolutely nothing. I guess he thought I had all night to wait. I decided to take my business elsewhere due to the complete horrible customer service here. I will go anywhere else before going to this pathetic store...
   Read moreIf you enjoy being talked down to and wasting your time, go see David at this store. I came in with a friend ready to drop serious money on suits, shirts, and accessories â but David made sure we walked out empty-handed.
First, my friend politely asked to try on a second shirt (after only trying one), and David flat-out refused, saying he wouldnât fold another shirt unless my friend agreed to buy it. Excuse me? Thatâs your job.
Then, when I started shopping, David gave me a âsimilarâ shirt but wouldnât even open it for me to try on, insisting it was the same size. Only after I said I planned to buy it did he begrudgingly agree. Surprise, surprise â it was way too tight, because, newsflash, different materials fit differently.
When I pointed out that I might need the next size up, David got visibly annoyed and insisted it âlooked perfectâ on me, completely ignoring my feedback, and walked away. The arrogance and rudeness were unbelievable.
Between my friend and me, the store lost out on at least $600 that day â and probably more if weâd kept shopping. Honestly, they should be paying customers to deal with salespeople like this.
Whatâs worse? When I checked the reviews afterward, I saw several other negative reviews describing the same poor treatment. Clearly, Menâs Wearhouse has done nothing to fix this.
