LAURIE IS BOSS LEVEL AMAZING !!! SHE WAS SO AWESOME...and interested, and she honestly invested time and effort into what we needed and wanted! Backstory... My wife lost 95 lbs and we soon figured out that loosing weight is expensive! We now have to find a whole new wardrobe. Originally we went in looking for a shirt, but Laurie couldn't find a shirt...so we invested time looking for jeans instead. She listened to my wife and what she liked and wanted. She spoke to us with such poise and respect. She was so relatable...and she was so helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. She is what the store brand is all about...making people feel great and look awesome! She made my wife's whole day! And she deserves all the praise. I cant say enough about this woman! I will go back to Buckle again, because Laurie made the experience so fantastic! If I could give 100 stars...I WOULD! GO HERE! ASK FOR LAURIE!! You will NOT be...

I really want to enjoy shopping at Buckle, but every time I visit, I feel overwhelmed by the sales team. I understand they’re trying to be helpful, but the constant pressure makes it hard to browse comfortably. On my last visit, I mentioned that I was just looking around while my fiancé shopped in the men’s section, yet I still ended up with 20 items placed in a fitting room—none of which I even asked for.

To make matters worse, they didn’t ask my size and just assumed, so none of the items fit. It felt more like they were pushing a sale rather than genuinely trying to help. The experience gave me so much anxiety that I hesitate to step foot in the store again.

I appreciate good customer service, but sometimes, shoppers just want to browse. If we need help, we’ll ask. Buckle has great clothes, but I wish they would ease up on the aggressive sales tactics—it would make for a much more enjoyable...

Just left Buckle with my son and he ended up finding everything he needed there despite looking in several stores. Julian helped him find some jeans and was especially awesome, explaining differences between a few pairs and really helping make that final selection.
