Exceptional! One of a kind in the best way! These describe my experience at Sissy's Log Cabin in Jonesboro. A big heartfelt thank you to Brenda and Mark and ALL the staff at Sissy's!! I recently lost my diamond engagement ring that my husband gave me years ago on our tenth wedding anniversary. We were so very disappointed and felt that the diamond could never be replaced because of its sentimental and beautiful qualities. Thankfully, we had insured the ring. I went in to see Brenda at Sissy's. She worked for the jeweler who worked with us years ago, so she knew how we felt when I had lost the ring.
Well, from the first moment, Brenda assured me that Sissy's could replace my ring with one that was equally as beautiful and would be just as precious. She consulted with Mark, and he too assured us that they would do everything they could to find the perfect diamond! Together Brenda and I found a setting, one from many gorgeous ones. Mark worked on finding the perfect diamond, and that he did! He ordered several for me to choose from. Before I forget...I talked to Brenda on a Thursday, went in the store the next day and talked to Brenda and Mark. Mark ordered the diamonds. AND on Tuesday, just a few days later, I got a call!
My husband and I went in, and there were the diamonds that Mark ordered. All were exquisite! I finally chose one, and at that very moment, the ring was set and sized. When Brenda brought the ring to me and I placed it on my finger, I was totally amazed! Not only was the ring more than beautiful, it was even more so than the one I had lost! The beauty of the center oval diamond and the diamonds in the setting are again--exquisite! I now have a ring that I NEVER thought I would have, nor dreamed that I would own. AND it ALL goes to the care and kind attention of Brenda and Mark and the staff at Sissy's! One might expect that replacing ring would be tedious and maybe a bit disappointing. This was NOT my experience at all. In fact, it was quite to the contrary. Sissy's and the insurance company worked seamlessly together and extremely fast!! From the time I realized that I had lost my ring to the moment that I had a new ring was only a matter of days, no more than two weeks . But even more important for me and my husband, we no longer feel the sting of the loss, but now look at the new ring as a symbol of new beginnings! I truly and sincerely mean this. A ring, for us, is and was a symbol of our love. Brenda and Mark, and again, all the staff at Sissy's knew this and honored our love, and with such compassion and professional skill, they made a potentially very disappointing experience one that is now and will be remembered with fondness and appreciation. I know that Sissy's Log Cabin has the slogan that Life is Too Short for Ordinary Jewelry. Yes, but from our experience, we found that those at Sissy's are far from 'ordinary'--they, too, are one of a kind and they will always be cherished for their sincere kindness and care. To the big welcome from Nancy and Sarah, to the skill of the jeweler who set the ring, and of course, to Brenda and Mark, we are so thankful!

It doesn’t matter whether you’re spending a little or a lot, you will be treated with dignity and respect. My first experience with Sissy’s log cabin was hometown friend, Suzanne Southard. She helped my husband with a very exquisite set of pearls that needed to be restrung ,and if perfection was not met- she was going to go the extra mile to make sure that it was. She hand-delivered them to me at work. Next, she worked a year with my husband to pick out the perfect diamond for surprise to re-vamp my wedding set for Christmas . It was spectacular and completely unbelievable at the beauty of the stone. The next visit I had was all by myself this last week. I felt that I lost my independence because of a disability and I somehow made my way in there for them to fix a prong on a ring that they did not charge me for. Brenda, treated me so well… Like a queen. I asked her to help me look at the perimeter of the store while I was waiting and I found the ring of my dreams by Henri Daussi. She would’ve treated me well whether I bought anything or not. Luckily, I was able to buy that ring from her because it was a ring that I have wanted for a very long time in my mind but just never found that perfect one. She was very patient and let me look and helped me look and pick the perfect ring. I don’t think she knows how much I appreciate that she and Suzanne gave me back a piece of me and gave me back a piece of my own independence. I can never thank them enough,and every employee that works there will go out of their way to make you feel at home. If you do not buy from Sissy‘s log cabin in Jonesboro,Arkansas, it would be very foolish to go anywhere else. Now, I just like to stop by and they will clean my jewelry any time for no cost -but I like to go for the hugs and the prayers. Read moreMy main man, Bob Hilgeford, took such good care of me. He first helped me when I bought my fiancee's engagement ring from the Jonesboro store about a year ago. He taught me all about the 4-C's along with the features and pros/cons of the different metals and settings. Bob really helped me make an informed decision about what I was buying. He went so far as to drive from Jonesboro to Little Rock (a few times actually) to show me different diamonds before I finally found the one that worked for me. With the big day fast approaching, I went back to Bob to help us out with wedding rings. He's very knowledgeable and seemed to know what we wanted before we knew what we wanted. All we had to do was give him a general idea of what we were looking for and a price range and he went to work for us. We all know what a crazy and stressful experience planning a wedding is and ring shopping is not a quick process. He told us, "Let me worry about that." We left it up to him and he knocked it out of the park. I picked out my ring and he had it ready for me the next day, sized and everything. My fiancee took a little longer to make her decision but he had it ready super fast, too. Now, we did all of our dealings over the phone and he made it very easy for us to come to a decision.
