I have been bragging about this store to my family for years. They come to visit for my son Kalebs graduation and I take them here today. We were excited and happy until we came inside. The guy with the bald head and beard treated us very rudely from the moment we walked in. I asked him a question and he ignored me and stared my brother up and down. I asked the same question 4 times before he even acknowledged me. My brother never made it pass the register when we walked in. He couldn't believe I was being ignored all while he's being stared at as if he wasn't supposed to be there. We left. After my guess left Kannapolis to return to SC. I went back in there to let him know how he made us feel and he lied to my face saying it didn't happen. I told him the only thing he should be saying is "I apologize ma'am." He wouldn't even do that. I'm very disappointed and embarrassed. We will never come there again š I'd get better service at dollar tree. They know how to greet and treat...

I noticed that the guy behind the counter was just staring at us and it was uncomfortable. When we were ready to pay we decided to also get some drinks so I asked for recommendations and he completely ignored us and continued to rudely stare. If it were up to me I would have put everything back and walked out but hard to do when a 4 year old is holding a bag of candy. He seems put off and inconvenienced that youāre even there. Iāve visited this store several times and he has always been the one working, consistently annoyed that he has patrons. I do give people the benefit of the doubt as we all have bad days (as mentioned, I did revisited the store after my first few experiences here) but this has been observed each time.
