B&B Theatres KC Extreme Screen Union Station — Local services in Kansas City

This place is bias against those that ride buses even if they shop at the KC Country Club Plaza. There was a sign saying no bags bigger than 16x16x12. None of my bags were but after buying a ticket for Melissa and one for myself an indignant bleached blonde female manager refused us entry. The I was told I would have to wait in a long line of 13 individuals to get my refund but the U.S. government tax and state tax was not returned. I sent an email to the company no reply so at each opportunity I'll anecdotal retell my story online in social media and here on Google. DON'T USE THIS CINEMA...

Ticket taker and Food stand very rude, after purchasing tickets for a show online with a Glass between he and I insisted I have my mask not only on but over my nose with rude demeanor. I did not purchase food and then 515 15 minutes before show went into theater as no one was there to take ticket, same guy comes late insist I mask over my nose once more and I request a refund. Spend your money where it's appreciated in these hard times. No ones got time for that during a family birthday for a young kid. Never go back pandemic or other wise...

Huge screen. It would probably not provide a good experience from the front rows unless you're a sixth grader. I like going to events at union station so this was fun. We saw the new Star Wars movie about 3 weeks after it opened. There were a total of 7 people (including our family of 4) in the 400ish seat theater. Tickets were slightly cheaper than the local theaters but they might need to get creative with prices to get people to drive a little further to get there. Either reduce ticket prices or have low concessions prices. Overall...
