Make sure you always check your receipts before leaving the store, specially if you returning an item. I few weeks ago I purchased 3 items. A week later I returned to the store to return two of them because I changed my mind ( it is ok to change your mind). The crazy thing is that only two items that were physically present were the only two I was going to return. The 3rd item was at home because I left it there . But when I went home and checked my bank account I realized that the very rude sales associate that made the transaction for me refund me for the items that I didn't return and that I didn't even brought to the store. Of course it was the cheapest item from the 3 that I have had purchased a week before. I don't know how this was possible because she " scanned" the two items that I returned. Associates were somewhat helpful on the floor. I asked for a specific pair of pants they had (showed him the picture and all) and he says that they don’t carry those anymore. The closest thing to them and his recommendation is the stretch jeans. Come to find the pair of pants I was looking for at the front of the store. Like these are the exact pair I’m looking for why try to sell me on the stretch? Also this guy must have been the manager because when i went to check out, along with everyone else in the store, this man began closing down two of the registers. The line was wrapping all the way around and when the other cashier called for another cashier it took 10 minutes to get someone up there only for the “manager” to not be able to login to register and simply went back to closing. To simply put it the employees there weren't great service. We went around the evening and everyone was ready to leave and close down at 7:30 and they close at 9pm. The older woman who had no name tag and seemed to be the manager watched us wait in line for over 30 minutes before helping anyone and the employee at the register before quickly ran away from the register for break leaving one other employee with a line of people waiting as he fumbled trying to make a box for 15 minutes.
