Ordered online. 2 kids meals, 2 burrito bowls and a "large" chips and guacamole. Arrived at 6.28pm for a 6.30pm pickup. Waited by the front counter for about 5 minutes (observed other people getting meals for their kids and being given kids chips with those meals, more on that in a moment), then asked for my order and was told to "go around back".
Went around back, little cubby hole by the bathrooms where they hand out the pickup orders. Picked up order, looked in bag, no kids chips. Asked where the kids chips were; "We're out, sorry". OK, but, I quite clearly observed at least 30 bags of kids chips on the shelf up up front. Asked instead if they would substitute 1 small adult bag of chips for the 2 kids bags of chips, "we don't do that".
Took order home. Found that the "large" bag of chips that I paid an extra $8 for had about 20 chips in it. The "large" bag was literally 1/2 full of chips, 1/2 full of air. To top it all off, only one carton of apple juice in the bag for 2 kids meals.
Waste of $45. I only gave 2 stars because the food (in the burrito bowl I had anyway) wasn't too bad. Although, the amount of food in the bowls constantly gets smaller while the prices get higher. Those bowls used to be crammed with food (meat, rice, veggies, beans), now they seem 1/2 full. That's 2024 for you I guess, you get less for more money.
I personally won't be spending my money here again. I had a much better takeout meal for two for $27 (with 2 (really) large bags of chips and cheese sauce for free!) just days earlier from a local Mexican restaurant. I think I'll just stick with that in future. I'm sure they appreciate my patronage a lot more than Chipotle.
PS: agree with what others are saying about how dirty the place was; tables still not cleaned from previous eaters and overflowing trash cans were definitely an issue from what...
Read moreEdit: Chipotle's customer service is amazing. As bad as my experience of this particular store i recieved a response from my complaint in less then 24 hours. They said they would be following up with the store directly and they gave me coupons for 2 free burritos. I still probably won't go to this location based on the fact i am not the only one to recieve poor quality from this store, but at least the over all company can act right. 1 Star for the store, 5 stars for the corporation customer service.
I love chipotle, but this location has recieved my last order. I placed a delivery order last night. I forgot to add the Tortilla on the side, which mind you is free on the app, so I call the store and ask for them to add it to the bag. They informed me they can't because the tortilla is 25 cents. I asked since when because it's free on the app. "Oohh I don't know last week I think?" I told them forget it. So my order arrives, 20 minutes after expected time mind you, and I open the bag and discover that my Large Queso cup was packed into the bag upside down. All the cheese had drained out of the cup onto the burrito bowl, chip bag, and all in the bottom of the packaging bag. So no cheese for me. The chips that was supposed to be a large bag had less chips than their regular sized bag so my $6 dollar order of chips and queso was completely waisted. Then I got to eat my food and it was cold. Not like cool, but COLD. Literally tasted like it just came out of the fridge. I will not be returning to this location again, and frankly may not got back to a chipotle. Read moreGenerally I have a decent enough experience at this location, but I was extremely disappointed this evening when I went in to order two veggie bowls. I barely got any fajita veggies on my bowl before they ran out and then there were none for my husband. Since we are vegetarians, we skip the meat and don’t generally go for sofritas, so not having veggies is kind of a big deal. The mild salsa for my bowl was down to the bottom and I barely got any. Apparently they had more and just didn’t take the time to switch the container out to give me more because as I was paying they added another full container. I got the last of the lettuce on my bowl and it was barely half a handful. They refilled that one after they were done with my bowl as well but instead of waiting to package up my bowl until there was more lettuce available, they started to put the lid on and I literally had to ask them if they could add more lettuce since I barely had any. Guac is free with veggie bowls but they were also completely out of guac. Frustrated with the experience, I decided to cheer myself up with a bag of chips… that turned out to be so old that that we couldn’t break them up with our teeth - there was no crunch at all and they were soggy.
