Worse establishment in this chain of restaurants. For one the managers are Rude and unprofessional so that sort of explains why the one guy taking orders in the drive thru today caught an attitude because HE did not know how to make a Concrete Strawberry custard ice cream treat. I had to ask the young lady that brought my food out to assist me in getting one as I followed her into the store which is where I was Rudely greeted by the manager but the ladies got the job done. The guys were playing spilling drinks in the drive thru area acting ridiculous instead of Truly knowing their job. Of course the manager chose to ignore that but kept his eye on the young girls who where trying to be of assistance. But you now it's about that SKIN you know what I mean. Never going to this Poorly run restaurant again. Mission or Platte City offer better service. a
Okay hadn't visited this location in awhile, is No Better than before. They've added a second drive thru lane which only causes more congestion to the Small lot they already have. Everyone trying to figure out where to park and not be in someone else's way while waiting for their meal. Employees forced to walk around the parking lot with opened drink orders looking for the correct customer. I'm embarrassed for these Kind Souls who's managers have put Them (US) in the horrible situation. Read moreI wish I could put zero stars, however, I visited this location on May 26,2024. I was truly mistreated, as well as, disrespected. Several of the employees were so aggressive. After ordering my food I was directed to move around the car in front of me and park in an empty spot. Like the usual protocol i moved waited. Unfortunately, until someone came and said move up. I responded, “No”. That’s not the protocol. I will move once I receive my foo.” She stormed off. Another older last came out stating in a loud voice, “ If you don’t move up you’ll be the last to get your food!!!! That’s not my problem. You have to move. But you won’t get your food!!! I told her I move her they instructed. Did the people behind me do the same? She yelled at me too loud and too many times. I walked on to get a refund and Alexis Ellis yelled and snapped at me. My boyfriend brought it home to me, and we both noticed that it was wrong, and the employee had failed to give him a receipt. I called the manager to inform him what had happened, and proceeded to be told that I was in the wrong for not specifying between a "wild cherry" and a "cherry pie filling" topping. The person I spoke with told me to come in and ask for "Jason". I assume that's who I was speaking with. Hey, Jason, buddy, I looked up the menu and I saw "wild cherry" as an option, but didn't see anything about "cherry pie filling" anywhere. When a customer calls you, you make it right.
