It’s a pretty standard Target store but not a super Target. It is attached to a shopping centre so you can walk through this location into a mini mall. The Target is fairly clean but those employees are never happy or nice. You walk down an aisle to ask an employee something and they have ear buds in. You wave at them to get their attention and they either A) completely and obviously ignore you or B) look at you, till their eyes and say “What?”. I have since become accustomed to this Target and item locations but their floor team members need some coaching. I’ve had team members squeeze behind me rather quickly and they say nothing. No “pardon me” or “can I get past you” it’s just a push behind you which is kind of awkward. There are also times I have had team members push carts/stock flatbeds (not sure of the right term) into my cart or my leg and I’ll say “ouch” or “I’m sorry” and I NEVER get an “oops” or “my bad” or even a FAKE “I’m sorry”. Mind you, I shop pretty late at night as I work 10 hours shifts so I am probably there around 9ish when there are very little people there so I am confused why they cannot be nice. The check out people are nice. I have never had an issue with them and the front end managers-I think they are called LODs?-are wonderful! Customer service people are very nice and do agree to price match to their website/app which some targets don’t (for some reason...
Read moreI will never buy from Target again. I was told 3 weeks ago by a manager to go to my bank to retrieve some information so that I could get some warranty help with my computer I bought. After retrieving the information from my bank I came back to the store only to find that she didn't know what she was talking about. the warranties for their computer products are only good through the receipts. I've lost my receipt and they can't pull it up and now all I have is a broker computer with a receipt that I paid for and no help from Target at all. I've come up here three times to get help to try to get with this they gave me one other avenue to call target.com. I feel like that I shouldn't be having to do the leg work after I've came up here three times to try to get it to get this thing in order. The managers were less than helpful and offered me a $10 gift card to compensate me for my $450 computer.I was in the process of buying a bunch of laptops to help my employees at my company. I won't be buying them from Target and I'm going to tell everybody that I can about my experience with this. I was at the Target on Ward parkway all the managers came to help but told me to come back and forth gave me a run around and then ultimately said they...
Read moreA few years ago i reviewed this store and said "Ok, but pricey..Hard to find help on sales floor." Tonight I went shopping in the baby department, with the intent of completely outfitting my new Grandbaby who arrived early! My list included: a Bassinet, Crib, Changing Table, and possibly a rocking chair or Glider. Also clothes for a newborn, sheets, blankets, etc. There were no sales staff to be found. Posted signs said to ask for help with the baby furniture. I found a bassinet then walked a long distance to the front checkouts and asked that someone meet me to help. I returned to the baby department and waited for over 15 minutes. By then I was a little mad and a lot frustrated. I bought the bassinet and left. Apparently it is even harder to find store personnel now than it was back in 2022. Sorry Target, you lost a big sale tonight. The baby I am shopping for came earlier than expected and needs a complete package of everything. I will take my money to outfit this baby and spend it somewhere with an active staff that will make appearances on the sales floor! Two strikes down; I will try shopping one more time at some point. It should not be hard work to spend my money...
