Pure Pain. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FLAMING DIARRHEA!!! I normally love this five guys, I’ve never had a problem with my bowel movements afterwards accept for today. But after today, I will likely never return to this location. Problem #1: Speed of Service I ordered on the app, I got into the store a bit after and I had to wait 15 minutes to get my burger and fries. Additionally, my friend who ordered five minutes after me received his food 5 minutes before me and he ordered five minutes after me and in person. I was under the impression that mobile orders would be prioritized, but after that, I wouldn’t use the app again. I also bought a milkshake in person which came out rather quickly and I was satisfied with the service. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge problem, and I wouldn’t leave a review but because of all of the other problems, I feel this could be improved. Problem #2: Horrifically Painful Bowel Movements, I’ve never had a problem with five guys food but today, today made me want to kill myself. I had to use the restroom an hour after eating, and I knew it was going to be bad, but nothing could have compared me for the hellish boiling diarrhea that I experienced. After this diarrhea my stomach was murdering me and I was writhing in pain and took 4 peptos which admittedly helped. But I took a chamomile bath which seemingly fixed it. I took another diarrhea straight from the devil, it was so painful I thought god was punishing me, this experience was incomparable to anything I’ve ever experienced, no amount of Taco Bell diarrhea can compare to the boiling juice being erected from my rectum. Problem #3: Over-Seasoned Fries Though it doesn’t compare to the anal annihilation I was put through, the Cajun fries I ordered tasted like straight sodium, season less! Also make your milkshake mix-ins more reasonably sized.

Read moreVisited this establishment last evening and had a great experience with regard to customer service. The lady who assisted me was very sweet and asked if she could help and took my order with a smile. It was a Saturday night so everyone was extremely busy and it was around 7 PM which we all know is prime time for dinner.
I sat in the lobby and waited for our order. It seemed like the volume tripled right before my eyes pretty quickly after placing our order, there were people swarming in from outside and from the surrounding mall area. The staff took it all in stride and handled with smiles on their faces. Communicating with each other and working together to get the orders out. Solid team for sure.
My husband and I ordered double cheeseburgers 🍔 with extra cheese 🧀. We added mustard, lettuce, pickle, onion 🌰 and A1 steak sauce. I also added jalapeños. Lastly, we requested a regular order of Cajun fries 🍟. I love that you can select your own toppings to customize your burger the way you want and there's a huge selection of toppings to choose from. They wrap the burgers in aluminum foil as well to keep the heat in and it makes for a warm burger with gooey cheese 🧀 - YUM!!!
The wait was quite long but it was understandable as they were making everything fresh and as I stated before it was busy as all get out in there.
Two reasons for not giving 5 stars and they are:
The inside of the restaurant was a mess. Mind you people need to learn to clean up after themselves. However, there were ketchup cups turned over on tables, crumbs everywhere, drink machine had soda splashed all over it, trash full, etc.
While our order was tasty, when we got home we discovered they didn't give us Cajun fries but regular fries. So the accuracy of the order was a bit off.
Overall, we had a pretty good experience and our burgers were hot, fresh and created to the specifications of our order. I'd go back in the future but I'd definitely check the bag to make sure I got those Cajun...

I had a hundred dollar bill so I asked a male employee if he could make change and as he was checking, I assured him that I would purchase more than one item. He said that he could make change and began to take my order, while taking my order, he also offered a variety of other items in a very professional manner. He speaks very fast, his words are very clear and when I asked if he would repeat himself, once or twice, he did so, without hesitation. When my order was up, there was another young man, calling out my receipt number (61) but he did so with style and courtesy. Lastly, I was getting my ketchup ( to go) in these little ketchup containers with lids that will go on but they do not snap on or stay on so if you're child drops the ketchup, it's not the child's fault. Lol. I held up three ketchup containers stacked on top of one another and asked the employees if they had a bag that I could put them in. One young female employee asked me if I wanted some tape. I said yes. She stopped what she was doing and in a very professional way, got the tape and placed the tape on the top and down the sides of my ketchup containers, well, the tape ran out so she went back, got more tape, I held the containers up so she taped them again but this time, from the bottom up. This was extremely helpful to me because I was carrying two large 🛍 shopping bags, one large drink and my dinner. I ordered two bacon 🍔 cheeseburgers and one regular 🍟 fries.
