Where do I begin, the first time we stopped by was so my bf can get my ring finger sized. Paul the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and patient as I asked him several questions. The 2nd time we went there was so my bf can get information about jewelry he was wanting to sell. Paul took time out of his evening to look at everything and give us information…he even stayed late just to go through everything we had (there was a lot!) It was pleasant experience doing business with him…he was fair and honest when it came to pricing and essentially we both walked away happy. We never felt rushed and appreciated all the time he took to essentially teach us what to look for when it comes to “jewelry”. He has a wide variety of jewelry, and some really unique pieces. Where do I begin How about the RUDELY ARROGANT PAUL who was accusing me of my necklace being damaged, by someone pulling on it. Which I stated to him continuously that wasn’t the issue. I purchased the chain necklace from the store and a charm. Me and my boyfriend (who was with me @ the time to witness Paul nasty attitude) both buy jewelry from this store. But I’ve NEVER seen or worked with a male in this store, it’s the nice lady whom I’ve always dealt with. Paul unprofessional behavior and comments I found to be very personal towards my character. I’m a honest and truthful woman in everything that I do. His accusations of how someone pulled on my necklace, gotten me very upset. I left the necklace & charm @ the store. I bought a nice ring from this shop and had it resized, they did a good job so much so that I took an old Navajo ring that I've had for at least 3 decades in to get it resized. When I picked up the ring I noticed that the woman that did the resize also took it upon herself, for whatever reason, to clean and take off all the beautiful old patina from the silver, changed the look of the ring completely. Very disappointing, she stated that they clean all rings, I didn't ask for the ring to be cleaned and I sure didn't ask for her to change the look of the ring, she attempted to re-oxidize my ring, which did nothing and looks terrible.
