Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Kansas City

I asked Cashmere for a medium size macchiato with that extra caramel and so she goes she turns around and finished up the couple before me. So,I step-side. Because I was on the phone ,and so she goes back to the register and yells to me excuse me ma’am are you gonna pay for this coffee. We are not in habit of giving out free coffee to anybody she says this in front of everybody. I was gonna pay with my debit card, but I has like a thousand dollars in my Purse. Horrible drinks. We ordered some very basic drinks and they were absolutely disgusting. We get the same things everytime I go in any Starbucks. And extremely rude customer service. Absolutely refused to remake the drinks when they were clearly wrong. Will not be returning. My daughter...
