Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Kansas City

I still love chick fil a’s food but after today im not going to be buying anymore chick fil a’s food why is because last Wednesday I had got a chick fil a deluxe light lettuce, no tomato, no pickle, pepper jack cheese combo meal with a large Mac n cheese which I asked if it can be fresh a and not give me the burnt chunks of Mac n cheese and a large sunjoy and when I got down the street I ended up eating it just to find out that my sandwich was cold and my Mac n cheese is burnt when they told me it would be fresh so I reached out and talked to Andrew who had me send over an email about how my Mac n cheese looked and he apologized about it and told me that he can replace my whole meal when I came back up there… so today I went back up there just too be told that Andrew only had down my sandwich and not the meal and I had to find the out after waiting in the long line… so then I asked to speak with a manager just to get to get too the window talk with a manager about the situation and he told me that he was going too reach out to Andrew and ask him about it because they don’t replace whole meals when it was there mistake and I couldn’t go back the same day because I got called into work early… my job is not near chick fil a in order for me too turn around then, the person that called me back and told me that Andrew stands firm on his word about me getting my full order replaced after he told me he would last week…. But this is it for me I’m done with chick fil a…. Very much miscommunication and not caring about the customer and I wasted my hard earn money but nope...

I don’t usually write reviews, but every now and then you meet someone who genuinely deserves to be recognized—and today, that someone is Wil (yes, with one L!).

Wil is one of those rare people who radiates warmth the moment you meet him. From his kind-hearted nature to his sweet, gentle face, he brings such a comforting energy to the Chick-fil-A experience. He greeted me with a smile so sincere it actually made my day better—and I’m not even exaggerating.

Whether he’s handing out orders or checking in with guests, Wil goes the extra mile in the most effortless, humble way. There’s no forced cheerfulness here—it’s all real. He’s just a lovely human being who clearly cares about people, and it shows in every interaction.

In a world that sometimes moves too fast, Wil is a beautiful reminder that kindness, positivity, and a good heart can still shine through. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him—and honestly, anyone who crosses paths with him is, too.

I was craving fried chicken today. Almost went to a nearby fried chicken establishment but the reviews there were terrible, I mean - how are they staying in operation? But Anyway, this is a review for chick fil-a.

I have never been to one (yes, you read that right) but heard they were great and the service was incredible. So, I pull up to the drive thru and their line is very long. The parking lot was packed! A gal standing outside takes my order with a smile on her face!?!? The guy at the window hands me my order....with a smile on his face!?!? Then you pull up to a gentleman standing outside handing out condiments, and with a smile on his face. :-o This all happened in about 3 minutes. Considering the line wrapped around the building - this is exceptional!

I imagine many of their locations provide only the best service. The rest of the food industry should take note. Could you imagine receiving amazing service everywhere you went??? No, I didn't think so.

New...
