Writing another review both being five star. I just need to reiterate my appreciation for Rock'n Roll it staff. When I say staff i really REALLY mean all of them and for both of the locations i have been to! Always relaxed and so completely helpful. Never feeling rushed they. Go above and beyond to check their backstock for me, even help over the phone. It's impressive in this industry and for any industry. Yes some of the best most competitive prices as my first review was mostly about but as time has gone on it is truly so much more that makes me gravitate on over. One of my favorite aspects also has to be mentioned is they don't stagnate with the same brands. They always have something new. They always keep it fresh and they always introduce new products. They're just awesome some cool cats. Hope you never change!...

Update: it’s been 3 months and I’ve accumulated over 500 points. I redeemed them yesterday because I will not be back. I went to purchase a product and it was listed at $26.99. Your “manager” on duty said it is $29.99 “that price is just a place holder because my printer isn’t working.” I said “legally if you have a price listed you have to charge me that price you can’t raise the price” she said “I can. It’s 29.99” I asked to speak to a manager, she said she is the manager. Asked to have the contact to corporate and she refused. She was very unpleasant during checkout. This was my second time at this location. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful on my 1st visit. Unfortunately, my visit today was horrible. I went in to purchase the Delta 8 Urbs. The 2 bottles that were out had a ticket price of $29.99. While checking out, my total added up to $43.00 and some change for 1 bottle. The guy told me that the price had been updated in the system but they forgot to change it on the bottles. I expressed to him he was suppose to give me the price on the bottle. He refused to sale it to me at that price and refused to call management. He then proceeded to take the $29.99 ticket off the product right in front of my face.
