I came here because I was in the area and I needed to get my dip powder nails removed. I donât know if itâs because the lady I got was going too fast or she wasnât cleaning her cuticle removal tool as she went but she stabbed me on one of my fingers and made it bleed. She tried to make it stop and put antiseptic on it but she did not want to put a bandaid on it. It wasnât until I decided to call out to the manager that I needed a bandaid that the ball got moving. Itâs a few days later and it still hurts! I was not looking for a completely free service after the mistake but they could have offered to discount me due to the accident. Nothing was done, just an Iâm sorry and eventually a bandaid. I hope that future new clients will have a better experience than me but I wonât be back. After I made the complaint to please have a band aid, I feel like she rushed thru the rest of the manicure and didnât finish providing a full service. No cuticle oil was put on, finger tips were uneven and the top coat was put on in a hurry. See photo. I hope this review helps them do better and be better. I love supporting small and hardly ever write less than 5...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place. I was happy that when I called to make an appointment, they were able to take me right away. That's a good thing but it did make me wonder how a good salon could do a dip and pedicure on a Saturday at the last minute. I usually get my nails done once a month..so I've had lots of manicures. While I was getting my pedicure, another tech started to prepare my nails for the dip. So I figured ok .. this is just to remove my existing dip polish. But no...I sat in the pedicure chair, arms Kris crossed in front of me. It became very uncomfortable. Then when I went to pay they charged me to remove my polish. I've never heard of that when you're getting a service done. I understand charging if I just came in and wanted them to remove it. But I've never paid for a tech to remove polish to put new polish on. The true test will now be how long the manicure lasts. But I'm not sure if I'll be back to this place or not that will be the...
Read moreLet me start by saying Iâm a girlie who loves nail art and fun designs, so Iâm always cautious when trying new salons. My go-to nail tech is currently on maternity leave, and after a bad experience at another place a few months ago, I was hesitant to trust anyone new. But in April, I gave Stillwaterâs Nails a shot, and to my surprise, they nailed my yellow chrome set. It was such a breath of fresh air that I decided to come back I did experience hiccup with this set but the owner personally reached out to make things right, which I really appreciated. Stillwaterâs genuinely values their customers and are committed to providing a great experience. Iâve never had any issues with their customer service everyone there is always so kind and respectful. Rachel or Angie theyâre absolutely the ones to book with if you're looking for more advice or inspiration on nail design, . Theyâre both so...
