I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred during my visit to your esteemed establishment on 11/09/24. My experience at da silva steakhouse unfortunately did not meet the standards of quality and service that I have come to expect.
During my recent visit, I made a reservation at your restaurant with expectations of enjoying a delightful meal. Regrettably, my dining experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a steak cooked medium rare, a dish I have enjoyed at numerous establishments in the past. However, upon receiving my meal, I was appalled to discover that the steak was beyond undercooked; it was completely raw inside, with blood oozing out, while appearing burned on the outside.
This culinary mishap not only left me with a sense of disgust but also raised concerns regarding the quality control and food preparation standards at your establishment. As a customer who values not only a delicious dining experience but also takes health and safety seriously, I found this incidence unacceptable.
I trust that this matter was a regrettable oversight rather than reflective of the standards upheld by [Restaurant Name]. I sincerely hope that you will address this issue promptly to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Your attention to this matter and any corrective actions taken would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to request a refund for the meal in question or a replacement voucher to revisit your restaurant at a later date. I believe that rectifying this situation would demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
I have been a patron of [Restaurant Name] for some time and have previously enjoyed the culinary offerings and hospitality at your establishment. I sincerely hope that this unfortunate incident will be addressed appropriately, and I can continue to patronize your restaurant with the same level of satisfaction and...
Read moreA few months ago, I heard about a new Venezuelan steakhouse in the area. At first, I was curious but somewhat skeptical. In my experience, people often take great pride in their cuisine, which is admirable, but patriotism shouldn’t cloud objectivity regarding food quality.
I’ve always believed that Argentina consistently sets the gold standard for steak in South America. Their traditional approach is hard to beat, and I’m always open to enjoying a good Argentinian steak.
Despite my skepticism, I decided to try the Venezuelan steakhouse, especially since I occasionally meet clients for lunch and am always looking to explore new dining options. This time, I brought my family along.
The experience started off promising. The soup and palitos de queso were decent, though I thought the appetizers were a bit overpriced for what they offered. Then came the main course—a 34-oz steak we planned to share. It was presented on a professional salt block set atop a steel tray and lit with sugar cane or panela for added effect. Visually, it was impressive.
Unfortunately, that’s where the excitement ended. The steak was lacking in seasoning. The heat from the salt block melted into the meat, making it overly salty but still somehow flavorless. Even my 10-year-old son tried and immediately spit it out—it wasn’t good.
I’ve had better steak from a taco truck on the side of the road. At least there, they know how to season and cook meat properly.
We left most of the food on the table. My wife skipped dessert, and the check was over $160. That amount would have been much better spent at a solid local steakhouse—or even at a chain like Texas Roadhouse, where I’m confident the chefs would have delivered a far superior steak.
In summary, while the restaurant makes a great first impression with its ambiance and showmanship, the food doesn’t live up to it. There are far better places in the area to enjoy a quality steak without...
Read moreMeats are cooked to perfection, they are absolutely delicious. Sides are ok, they could be better. As soon as you walk in you are greeted in spanish which is not bad but what if we couldn’t understand? I couldn’t understand when the host was offering a booth. Service is really bad, nothing formal. The server Vannesa greeted us as she knew us from a lifetime again everything in spanish which is not bad but what if someone with us doesn’t understand this language? Anyways, she came SO MANY times to our table to ask if we were ready for an appetizer like 3 times. Once we got the appetizer we didn’t get appetizer plates. My husband and I went with our baby and instead of a nice evening we planned to enjoy we felt rushed! It was around 6pm and restaurant was still empty and she didn’t have any other table besides us and we asked for 2 glasses of water and we got them like 20 mins later. Then, she started to tell stories about her personal life that no one asked her about exactly when we wanted to order. Instead of making recommendations she kept interrupting me when I was ordering JUST to tell her personal life stories and it got to the point where I had to stop talking and listen to her instead. The way she treated us was like if we were friends and we didn’t like that. She kept calling me “mi amor” I honestly didn’t like that. We are not friends or know each other I am just coming here to have a nice time with my family and I expect a good service from you. That is all. We were expecting a different kind of service specially in a stakehouse. She never came to ask how our food was, manager never went to check on the table, all the servers where just talking to each other the overalls service is bad and even though my meat was delicious I think service has a lot to do with the whole experience and they should train their servers way more. You can’t be acting like if your customers were...
