So today is 3/27/25 the time was 8am shy. I used to live behind the restaurant so I will go often after dropping my son off at school. TODAY it’s raining in Houston actually pouring. I pulled up to the intercom crack my window waited a little less than a minute. Roll it back up. Make sure my music was down so I can hear the person over the intercom, heard nothing After waiting for at least two minutes,drove up. Was very apologetic for driving up and not ordering. The young lady had a very nasty attitude. She halfway closed the window and started looking towards her register and talking. I didn’t know if she was talking to me or not. So I asked are you talking to me? She said yeah. I said how can you be You talking with somebody with the window half closed and look in the opposite way, you know what never mind thank you and she said well bye. I politely drove out the drive-through and parked and went inside and ask what type of customer service is this? There’s no one behind me that you were talking to and if you were talking to me, you didn’t make that clear. She tells me I don’t care get out my store. I asked for corporate and manager information. She say Google it. Then I hit the record button. I don’t know her name she’s young. I do remember her because I come there a lot. I be wanting condiments and she would give me only one but the manager a short Hispanic lady real pretty petite big boobs she assisted me with my condiments after that same particular girl that I just had encountered with this morning would not. Read moreI drive to this particular Jack In The Box because it's close to my house. I order the same #22 with an Orange juice every time I visit any Jack In Box, and this is the only store that under cooks my hash brown to where it's not golden brown and firm when you pick it up. Instead the hash brown is white and flimsy where it folds over when you pick it up and it tastes like it just came out of the freezer. I've written a complaint before about this and I was told to just ask for it to be cooked "Well Done" which is what I've been doing and everything has been ok, except for when I'm being served by an employee named Tiffany. Everyone else gives me a well done hash brown when I request it except her. I was drive thru #177 on 01/19/2018 at 20:32 (JIB# 3993). This is the 4th time that I've requested well done from her and I notice that she never enters it on my order where it appears on my receipt, but she'll say ummhmm or something like that where it appears as though she understands what I'm requesting, but I get home only to find that my hash brown is under cooked and tastes like freezer potato. I'm not wanting her to lose her job. I just would like for her to be properly trained. When I request well done from anyone else, they leave it in the grease for about an additional 50 seconds than usual which makes it golden...

Either the owners don’t care or the owners are just being taken advantage of by a night shift that has no problem getting a pay check even though they are intentionally avoiding any customers. The number of times that I have gone to this location and all the lights outside are on, all the drive the lights are on, and all the inside lights are on, but no one ever says anything is amazing. They just let cars sit there in silence. Sometimes you can literally hear the people inside through the intercom and yet they still avoid customers when they’re called out for their failed attempt at the quiet game. Of course, when you drive around, the people inside can clearly be seen either avoiding looking at the window to pretend they don’t see anyone or just having fun and making it clear they don’t care. The owners of this location would save a hell of a lot of money if they just shut down overnight because right now the nightshift is robbing them blind because they sure as hell are not...
