The staff at Luke's is stellar! From Ken to Paul to the entire team! We had an amazing experience with the whole team. There were times when one of them was not available and another team member was kind enough to answer and help without making us feel like we were just a commission walking in the door. We made several trips (more than I would like to admit) trying to find the right flooring, trying to find the right backsplash. Some places would be frustrated with customers who just don't know what they're looking for, I am sure this can be frustratin. The team at Luke's were understanding and offered suggestions, allowed us to take items home to make sure they would work. (we did this many times) Never did they make me feel like I was wasting their time, they understood that when somebody's making a purchase for flooring or backsplash or anything for your home, It has to be right. This may take more trips than we want to make. I appreciate all of them because they worked as a team to help us. I will tell everyone what exceptional service I received from this local team and business!! Way to go...

We recently completed our flooring project with the help of Luke’s Carpet. We replaced the house’s original 20 year old white carpet with Coretec ½ inch LVP, and my wife and I are incredibly happy with the results. Ken was amazing to work with. He helped us decide which type of flooring and brand would best suit our lifestyle and be easiest to DIY. After purchasing all of the materials, he provided advice on installation, even taking phone calls whenever we had questions during the install. When the materials arrived, we found several of the floorboards were damaged from the factory which Ken was able to refund.

With family and pets visiting for the holidays, we got lots of foot traffic early on and the flooring has held up very well thus far. It’s also been easy to clean up afterwards using a Swiffer mop, vacuum, and our Roomba. Time will tell how well our amateur DIY will hold up, but we’re not concerned.

We are very happy with the end product and the great customer service that Ken and Luke’s Carpet provided. When we are ready to replace the carpet in the bedrooms, we will definitely be coming...
