By far the best experience I have ever had with any type of clothing store. The guys here are all great at what they do, and have the best customer service I have probably ever received. I have been in 9 weddings to date, and I can honestly say I have never been treated better in any of those times. They completely blow any big box store OUT OF THE WATER! I came in on a Saturday one hour before they closed with 7 of my groomsmen (without an appointment because I messed up), and they did not hesitate to help take care of us even though they were already busy! I can guarantee you any other store would have thrown me out and told me I need to make a reservation with them for another date. My fiancé and I went in to Mike Bjorn’s to look into a wedding suit rental. We looked through the styles and colors and finally got down what we were looking for. We were told the pants could not be slim leg pants due to sizing which we were sucking it up and going to purchase those elsewhere. Once the suit rental arrived, we were then told the whole suit would not look the way we wanted due to sizing issues which gave us a different style vest (halter neck), pants and shirt that they did not share until after the suit was ordered. I expressed my concerns and all we got was “well, it’s not really that bad” “it won’t really matter” They did absolutely nothing to ease the situation or help us out. If I could pick 6 stars, I would. I went into Bjorn's after scouring the internet for a full dress tailcoat for an upcoming Roaring 20's NYE party. From today forward I will start my shopping with Bjorn's for men's wear and IF they would happen to not have it (which is doubtful), my impression of Brett and his assistants, is that they will go to great lengths to get you what you need when you need it. I walked in looking for a specific look and I walked out 20 minutes later with everything I was looking for at a lower price than any internet order I could have made. OH....not only was it cheaper than buying online....THIS IS A REAL TUXEDO, not the thin fabric that is found in most new ones from online retailers. Their basement has a ton of quality finds too!
