On Nov. 19, 2020, I ordered the cutest teleflora arrangement for my sister-in-law for almost $60. She did not receive what I ordered. Instead, she received an arrangement of lesser value that was very blah and that certainly didn't look like $60 worth! I phoned Barb and she said that she had "upgraded the flowers in another vase since she didn't have what I ordered." I was not happy with that so she agreed to refund the minimal difference in the cost of the two arrangements, which I thought was fair. (It is not the money - it is the principle.) That has not happened though! I have emailed her twice and phoned twice. She has not returned my call. The "upgraded flowers" totally wilted within 3 days. On that third day, my sister- in- law showed the delivery person from Barb's who was bringing her more flowers from other people. The delivery person said they would replace the wilted arrangement because the flowers should last longer than three days. That hasn't happened either. Barb may make beautiful arrangements, but the business end needs much attention. That is why I am complaining publicly. You just don't treat/ignore customers like that. I won't be ordering from her again. Customers deserve respect if you want to keep them. I'm done! ...

I'm still in disbelief of the kind of flowers they delivered Please see photos below as the delivered flowers and the ones I paid for. When I ordered, I upgraded the flowers to Deluxe and paid 70$ for a same day delivery. At the end of the day, I did not received any communication from the florist on wether the flowers were delivered or not. I called, no one responded and their voicemail was full. Already a red flag! I finally reached out to my friend and she said she did not receive any flowers. WHAT??
I then emailed the florist and she responded saying the flowers were left on the porch. I voiced my disappointment and they agreed to redeliver the floors on the next day. But please take a look at the flowers they sent. The flowers look nothing like the ones I ordered. For $70????!!!!!!
Barbara, I would like to have all your customers to hear this. You need understand that your customers choose to trust you and they rely on you to deliver their intention to people they care about. You fell and your service is beyond disappointing and unacceptable! I truly wish you would conduct your business with more integrity. You will not last long with cheating...

I checked bank account and definitely had been charged foe the delivery. I attempted to call 3 different times. Each call went to voicemail, which was full. I called again another day and reached a lady who stated she couldnāt find the order #, and would call me back that evening. Never received a return call. Called back again throughout the day May 8th, and kept getting voicemail (I tried to be understanding as it was a busy Motherās Day, Iām sure). Attempted to call May 11 and 12. Kept getting busy signals. I have also sent a return email from the confirmation email I received about the flowers (I also know that this email may never reach the correct person). It seems that this company is extremely hard to reach by phone, at least in my experience. I really donāt know how else to reach them and am disappointed that they didnāt return my call, my Mother in Law never received her birthday/Motherās day gift, and I am also out...
