I come to the mall often I usually make a purchase in every store. I came here today and had already picked out a few things. I was going to pay for my items when I stopped to look at the sale rack that's when a guy who I'm assuming was either a manager or supervisor came out and stopped to fix some unfolded shirts he was saying things under his breath like "these damn people" he sounded like he was annoyed. I had to put all my things back. I wasnt going to make a purchase at a store where the employees had attitudes. If he was annoyed that's perfectly acceptable. But he didn't have to be so obvious about it. It's like he wanted people to hear him. Like he wanted to make them feel bad. It's his job to keep the store looking neat. It's a department store. You're going to have people mess up the organization to find their size. I wish I could have seen his name tag so I could have made a complaint. That's just unacceptable. If you don't like your job go to college and get yourself a degree and get a real job so you're not so miserable. Will never come...

At first the experience was just okay, there was quite a variety and I did like that the dressing rooms were open and available if we wanted to try anything on. But, the bright spot was meeting Julia who worked there. My friend and I were trying on sweaters and both of us like the same one and there was only one in our size. Julia came over asked how we were doing and then a few minutes later she came back with similar sweaters for us to look at and she even modeled one for us.
