Blue Diamond 212 — Local services in Ketchikan

I wanted to share our wonderful shopping experience today we enjoyed at Blue Diamond in Ketchikan with the lovely and knowledgeable owners Peter and his beautiful wife Esmeralda. We got off of our Princess Cruise to explore the town and little did we know we would come across their store Blue Diamond. We were immediately impressed with their vast inventory of precious jewels, diamonds and Rolex watches among others and were welcomed warmly by their entire staff.

Their service and rapport was both friendly and professional. There was never with any pressure from them to make a purchase, only to showcase the quality and beauty of their products and depth of their knowledge and experience. We felt so comfortable chatting and joking with them like old friends that we made multiple purchases as did our close friends who also made a substantial acquisition.

We can't wait to get back to the ship and home to showcase these beautiful treasures and to wear them with pride. This was a very memorable and positive transaction experience not only for acquiring a beautiful piece of jewelry(s) at a very fair and attractive price but also the memories of a wonderful service experience and making new friends with Peter and Esmeralda. I honestly can’t express enough how wonderful it has been shopping with Esmeralde. The first time was when I came off a cruise ship and happened to walk into their store. Right away, I felt their genuine desire to make sure we were happy with our choices. We ended up staying there for a long time, having so much fun shopping, and all of us left with beautiful, high-quality pieces.

This was a VERY SPECIAL visit as we were celebrating a 25th Anniversary with a cruise to Alaska. Looking for a special gift, individually or together, we noticed Hearts on Fire on the Blue Diamonds sign. This is a perfectly cut diamond, as my original setting is a HoF. Not intending to buy but just connect with this rare find, we joyfully purchased a set of HoF studs earrings knowing we found the perfect gift (lucky me!!). Esmeralda couldn't have been more delightful and we were immediate friends. Peter helped to fine tuning the set just for me. This store and experience was one of the best and I know where to go for any future Hearts on Fire purchase. I highly recommend this unique cut of diamond and Blue Diamond is one store out of a very few that carry it. Visit this lovely shop in Ketchikan and you will NOT be disappointed!!! Ask for Esmay!!...
