We highly recommend Ketchikan Fishing Company. We decided to book our fishing excursion separately from the cruise ship and we were 100% glad we did! Our private charter with Captain Todd gave us the opportunity to have a more personalized experience with just our family - and our catch. Captain Todd navigated the waters well, knew where to go, what baits to use, what depth and speed to fish, etc. We talked to several people afterwards on other boats that did not catch any keepers; it is a combo of skill and some luck, Captain Todd seems to have both! We sailed away with a couple keepers, including two king salmon, on opening day for king, June 15th. When we go back, we will connect with Captain Todd again. Great time,...
