My favorite stylist of all time! Jess is seriously so amazing. She is so welcoming and really listens to what you want and asks great questions to make sure you're on the same page. I have long, fine hair that can be on the flat side. Jess's cuts are the most flattering I've had—they give my hair so much more volume and personality.

My hair also tangles really easily, so usually I dread going to the stylist and having them wash and brush out my hair, like on the same level as having to go to the dentist, but Jess is so gentle it hardly hurts.

I've gotten low-maintenance blonde balayage from her. I love how much it brightens my whole appearance while still looking natural, and I love that I can get away with only having it done 2-3 times a year, instead of the 4-6 I'm often pressured to do at other salons.

I always have an amazing experience with Jess! I've been going to her for nearly a year now and she's always spot on with everything I ask for and when I ask for her to be creative she has ideas that completely fit the style that I like. I have never had a bad experience with her and she's very accommodating as well. I have social anxiety so I tend to prefer quiet appointments and she's never made me feel bad for it or feel pressured to talk.
