Bobbys Garage Bar — Restaurant in Florida

In my opinion, this bar is the worse bar with dubious tactics. First of all there are no prices for drink the expect each patron to ask for the price before buying. Who does that? They do this so each bartender can up the price on drinks "stack the check" so when the bill comes its too late and they know that you're not going to argue the bill at the end cause your tipsy.

Also is you ask for a lets say gin tonic they will charge you for a Gin on the rocks and for the tonic water or juice of coke separately and will charge it as a gin 9.99 plus ice on rock (for the soda water or juice or coke ) and tell you that all their drinks comes as shots and if you make it a cocktail they have to charge to mix it.

In my opinion none of thier bartenders know anything about serving drinks. In my opinion I feel that they have nothing but convicted felons and under age bartenders there just to baby sit the place. There are no manager on site at all.

Also they owner and manager has no managerial or business savviness to be in business even got fined for watering down their liquor bottles allegedly.

If you attempt to argue the bill they will tell you to leave if they cannot shove the lie down your throat. In my opinion Do NOT! go to this bar, all the reviews you see may be paid reviews and the employees may have to post reviews as part of their jobs.

This place is a rip of location. They stack the bill and lie to their customers just to rob you especially if your a military active duty or veteran. They love robbing those types of customers cause they think they can afford it.

It’s better going to the bar across from them or to Son of the beach. They are straight up on their prices and way better atmosphere plus kids friendly.

This bar in my opinion is a front to launder money. Stay AWAY!!! As a veteran that fought for your freedom to operate your business in peace it’s a shame the lies and cheating dubious things you do to patrons...

I make the drive from Miami each time to go to the attractions and always land in Bobbys Garage bar as it is my favorite place to drink out of all bars around. Never had bad experience until this past Friday (11/08/24). I took my parents in for the first time and the male server helps us. Cant remember his name but i believe he might be the manager, possibly named Jonathan. Not sure. Well, he was helping others and we were ready to cash out and my father was trying to simply ask the female server to close our tab. I was standing few steps back watching everything. The female server completely ignored my dad after literally looking at him and then she decided to walk up to then treat my father bad and act like my dad wasnt speaking english she was doing hand gesture pretty much saying she couldnt understand spanish. She said she couldnt help us and thats when i stepped in. I see there are previous feedback on this employee. She must be removed! That is no way to treat customers! And of course they wont remember me cause im not a local but on my previous trip here i left a $60 tip! If i get treated right i love tipping good money not just $2. I hope something is...

I have to say my husband and I thought we found our place. The vibe is nice and when the DJ is there is even better. Unfortunately, we will not be returning due to my husband and myself feeling uncomfortable by staff. One of their bartenders named Kat makes great drinks but it appears due to the manager Kat serving us drinks was put to a stop. Yes we only wanted her making our drinks because she was the only one who was making it right. The other women gave us watered down drinks. We were there on 3/27/2021 and we sat down at the bar as usually and our favorite bartender ignored us the whole 30 minutes we were there. There was a different energy and it was clear something went down regarding us just wanting to be served by Kat. We don't apologize for knowing how a good quality drink taste and noticing a great worker. To bad the manager doesn't value her great workers due to her insurcrities.
