I visited this location yesterday before noon. I walked in and other than the 2 ladies working, the store was empty. I was looking for an item I'd seen online, but I left without making a purchase because of the lack of customer service. I don't know their names because neither wore a name tag. One was a red head, and the other, a blonde with dark roots. Neither of them spoke, asked if I needed help, or in anyway acknowledged my presence. I went on Monday to purchase a wall art to realize the coupon had expired on Sunday at midnight. The cashier called the store manager Katie (Kirklands Loop Kissimmee) to see if she can honor it. She declined. I showed her the same item discounted online and she still would not honor it claiming that was not allowed. My kid really wanted it so I ended buying it online while in store as it was a $20 difference to be picked up 3 days later.
