Whiskey Bandit Saloon — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

Stopped at this place based on the reviews and was really let down. Walked in and there is one person working the bar and the floor. Wondering around went up to the bar and asked do we just sit down or order from the counter. Was directed to sit down. After we sat down we waited 10 minutes for her to come over and take our order. She's extremely busy as she's the only one there it seems like. I ordered the fish and chips as it was on special. The fish looks like it came from the grocery store frozen section. To add insult to it the tarter sauce was Kraft packet. There was no thought into this dish as it all came from the frozen section, fries included. This was the special of the day for $12 and we I got my bill I was charged full price, not the special deal. My wife order was wrong probably due to the waitress working everything there. When we were about to leave a party of 8 walked in and someone else that was sitting on the stage area got up and started moving tables from them. Not sure who he was. He could have been helping the busy waitress instead of drinking on the stage all night. Plenty of better food in this town that is actually cooked instead of frozen items from the grocery store put...

Well since I couldn't reply to the owner's reply to my review I figured I'd start over. Now I can talk straight to the owner. The place was great the drinks fantastic I did say hipster cowboy wanna be. Perhaps from my own biased redneck bar aficionado and the people that frequent those types of establishments. "Enter stereotypical country bumpkin dirtbag here" and the fact that your place was fun and upbeat and the customers were happy and joyful plus being in Oregon in town. Personally I was in a bad head space and viewing it through a closed mind. Basically it was the atmosphere i was accusing of being hipster cowboy niche. This would actually probably be my cheers and I would become Norm. From now on everytime I'm in town I'm gonna make it a point to come there. I hope to meet the owner unless I already did because the chocolate maple old fashioned was great. However I do have a legitimate complaint those bar stools are the most uncomfortable bar stools I've ever sat on. Seriously those stools are terribly uncomfortable. I look forward to...

I don’t know how this place has 4.9 stars on google. Maybe if you just stop by to have a beer perhaps? I wish I had my money back. Service was incredibly slow, I ordered a drink that was absolute garbage. I then ordered the grilled chicken dinner supposedly marinated with someone’s secret garlic and onion marinade and special southern collard greens. My husband ordered the tri tip plate also with the collard greens. Marinated chicken? That’s a joke. It had zero flavor not even salt and completely dried out. My husband’s tri tip was fatty but at least it had some seasoning it was complemented by some type of burnt bread on his plate. I wish I would have taken pictures! The collard greens were completely inedible. Not even cooked down and bacon was raw. I’m sad to say this was my first eating experience in Klamath Falls and now I’m afraid to try anything else if this gets...
