The overall experience with Amy Cellular was awful. I purchased a phone from there as well as getting service put onto the phone. after leaving the phone did not work properly, I did not have any service at all, no call, text or data. after going back they were supposed to fix the issue, which they told me to keep the phone and they would call and get it straightened out with the service provider. at the end of the day the phone was not working, I had to bring it in the next day, only for them to partially fix the phone. now I could make calls but nothing else. then once at work the cell service was going in and out, took it back a 3rd time and asked for a refund, they swiped my card to put the money back into my account, the staff there told me it would go back instantly. it has been 4 days and I still have no money, they also told me that I would have to call the cell service provider to be reimbursed for the price of the plan that I bought. which I called the service provider and they said that I would have to be reimbursed through the dealer. so now its been 6 days that I have been without a phone. and it looks like I'm going to have to wait until pay day in order to buy a phone at a more reputable store... I guess that's what you get for trying to help out family owned businesses... I would not recommend anyone to do business with this store until they can get things in order and serve their...

I LOVE this place. It's my go-to phone store for all repairs and new cell phone purchases. The store owner and his family are amazing people. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with, helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Small family owned buisness and highly recommended!!!! Nell is the best. Amy's cellular is the only place in raleigh that you can get most affordable phones,computers and more. They also offer money services just incase you want to do money transfers. Nell ,his wife and kids are the best... I've been buying my gadgets from this store over...
