For this area... one of the better steak eateries.

The steak was cooked to order. Thick and rich in flavor and texture. Perfect fat to meat ratio....just enough fat to bring flavor. The meat was ordered rare and actually was delivered rare. The meat was tender and of great quality.

The potatoes were baked to perfection. The skin is edible due to a good cleaning of the same. No dark places or eyes on the potatoes. Perfect butter and sour cream proportions to the potatoes.

Nothing alcoholic was ordered. Just a glass of water with lemon. I can attest to previous restaurants that their long island iced teas are delicious.

This little strip mall is a very varied place. From a Payday Loan place that also cashes checks, to an indoor Flea Market, and my favorite Chinese Food place, " China Wok". At the southern end, there's a Christian Book store, while the northeast corner of the parking lot features a Video store turned Pawn Shop. Papa John's Pizza is at the northern end of the strip mall, and, Thankfully, like China Wok, they will deliver way up here on the Far North end of civilization. AHHE I visited this facility today. I picked up my CPAP machine. Renee was there to explain everything to me how to use my machine and fit my mask. She's extremely knowledgeable in all that she explained to me and very kind. Kelly and Peter were also there and they greeted me with hello and told me to have a great day as I left I was very impressed. The facility was extremely clean. The employees were wearing masks and had hand sanitizer available. And she made sure that I had all the phone numbers I needed to contact them if I had any questions.
