I was just hung up on by Matt from claims, who before hanging up on me, because I was trying to explain what I was told onsite and had questions on how he was so certain they aren’t at fault, informed me the cameras weren’t pointing to the middle of the car wash, where my vehicle was hit from behind, cameras were only pointed to the entrance and exit. Matt also informed me that the track can malfunction, and stop pushing vehicles forward . The car wash employee onsite, Jason Blakeley, told me he didn’t know what happened, including if the track malfunctioned. But now, Matt is telling me, with no video evidence, the manager told him the track didn’t malfunction. Mind you he’s already told me that the track can malfunction and stop pushing cars forward.
On 2/19/24 I purchased a monthly pass and proceeded to the car wash for my first time use ever. I put the car in neutral, let go of the wheel, and let the track take over. Half way through the track stopped pushing my vehicle, and at this point I was rear ended by the vehicle behind me. They had me put the car in drive and pull out towards the end. I was directed out of the was by employee, Jason Blakeley. I rolled down my window and asked if I got hit from behind. At that time Jason Blakeley informed me I didn’t. It wasn’t till I told him it sure felt like it, did he go check. Jason Blakeley Came to my window and told me yes, but it wasn’t nothing really, as if I were to just forget about the incident and move on.
Now I get a call from Matt stating, the managers claimed there was no malfunction. After Matt telling me they have no video footage of the incident and that the tracks can malfunction and stop pushing vehicles forward. Matt informs me he can give any evidence to my insurance company to make a claim with them. Which would in the long run drive my insurance cost up. If you read through the commits, you’ll find multiple reviews just like mine. Club car wash are crooks who will not take any responsibility for their failed equipment.
I noticed club car wash likes to reply to these reviews as if they actually care and are going to actually help. Matt from claims has already informed me there is nothing they will do to help besides send what little info they have to my insurance so I can proceed to start a claim under my own insurance. There’s no need to act like yall care and reply to this review. It’s evident yall are only about lying and deceiving. I would go as far as to say yall have video of the middle of the track where I was hit but refuse to release it.
On top of what I’ve experienced, when I left, with half a wash, because the worker had me drive to the end after being rear ended, customer service told me I entered at my own risk, and I would not receive a refund. She told me I could still go back and go through a second time, then proceeded to hang up on me. Which seems to be what they do instead of actually providing actual...
Read moreHorrible customer service! I went into the location to cancel my membership but it was not done and I was told there was not a confirmation they could of given me. The next month I got charged for another month so I called in to cancel and get a refund. Viviana at the corporate office was horrible. She was very short with me when trying to find my account and did not offer any help to find my account. I had to suggest different ways to look up my account in order to get her to look it up. She was very condescending and made it seem like I was lying about getting billed again. After finding my account through my card number and finding out my information was put in incorrectly she gave me my options. She said i could use my car wash for the next 10 days and take my car to get washed 3 times to make it worth the cost or she could mail me a $20 gift card to compensate me for my monthly membership. She told me if i did not like those options I could call my bank and dispute the charge. After 10 minutes of explaining to her that it wasn't my fault that they did not cancel my membership, i asked for the manager. She told me that the manager was in a meeting so I told her i would wait. She said that they do not have time to keep me on the line and she would give the manager my information to call me back. But, she could not guarantee that i would get a call back because if they did not have a different resolution for me then they would not find it necessary to call me back and being that there were no other options for me they would more than likely not call back. After another 5 minutes of asking her to give me another representative and her saying she is the only person i could talk to she finally transferred me to Jody who was able to give me another month of services. Be careful with this company and get everything in writing because the apparent no refund policy WILL supercede doing the right thing and treating customers...
Read moreAlthough I still use this car wash, the quality of their services has declined since they bought out and took ownership from the former owners. At the beginning entry into the drive through car wash, the former owners placed two staffers with high sudsy brushes to manually wipe down the vehicle nose, wind shield, lower rocker panels and rear of vehicle. Now they simply squirt moderate pressure water. At the end of the wash, there are two customer self-service areas which provide a powerful vacuum, and damp microfiber cloths to clean glass and wipe off water spots. Each of the two customer use areas has space for about about 12+ vehicles. The former owners provided two (2) service tables at each of the two service areas which were spaced our for easier access for customers to secure damp microfiber towels, glass cleaners and interiors scents. The Club ownership now only provides one table at each 12 slot parking areas which makes it more cumbersome for customers to access the cleaning supplies. I also believe that they have reduced the personnel staffing responsible for this area. Two out of my last four times, no clean towels were present. This caused me to walk over to get an employee to bring over more towels, the other time, I could not see an attendant, and had to walk to the opposite service area and bring towels over in order to dry off the car. I would give the original owners a 10 out of maximum 10 score, the new owners earn a 7 out of 10 score. On the plus side, the new owners maintain the same soft rotating brushes used in the auto drive through, which do not cause and marring or fine scratches in the vehicle paint. To better maximize profit, it is not necessarily wise to cut personnel...
