My Fiancé and I had a little trouble with trying to get my ring size due to an unprofessional experience at Kay jewelers I went in to find my engagement ring and was met with a man with kept hitting on me the worst part of the entire situation was that the man was an employee for Kay jewellers he was very pushy and looked up my Facebook profile and attempted to contact me several times it wasn’t the fairytale moment I had in mind soo I became discouraged. Sooo when we found treasure box and seen how humble and not pushy they where we decided to have my ring sized here they’re very affordable and my ring fits and looks Amazing i couldn’t be happier we also had a charm break . They repaired it perfectly and fast. Also my extremely picky husband couldn’t find a wedding band he liked until we came here and now he loves his new ring 💍 Thank you ☺️ Treasure Box we will send y'all an invite to our wedding it’s going to be around...

I went to get my ring verified (which I already knew it was real) the guy in the store directly across the food court which is the same store as treasure box ran by the same people ! Claimed he could see his finger through my diamond so it was fake !!!! No it’s just a real clear natural diamond so he basically admitted to selling cheap quality diamonds bc a finger see through test or whatever is just ridiculous never heard of this ! I went to Kay jewelers had them diamond test it and I took a video of them doing so. I took the video back in to treasure box and showed them the video of Kay’s verifying with a diamond tester they all acted dumb founded and acted as if they were not interested in the ring such a waste of time and poor poor customer service guys DONT TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THE JEWELERS INSIDE OF LAGRNAGE MALL ! They will rip you off or try to say your real jewelry...

Employees were extremely rude! Out of the 5 employees that were present, not one of them greeted me upon entering the store or offered me any assistance. One employee stated the reason they didn’t greet me or offer me any assistance is because they had just opened their gates. The store opened at 10:00 and I entered at 10:15. I would also like to add that although “they had just opened their gates” they still assisted 2 other customers (Caucasian women ) with making purchases and even continued to laugh and talk with them once the purchase was made. They NEVER acknowledged me. Once the other customers were gone, they still did not acknowledge me until I spoke up. It was very clear that this treatment was racially motivated. I came to this store with the desire and intent to make a purchase, but I will never return here. HORRIBLE...
