We recently were thrilled to discover the Laguna Rug Gallery. The Gallery has an excellent selection of rugs in all price ranges and styles, new and antique. The atmosphere is warm, gracious, and low-key. Jafar and Mina, the owner and his wife, are patient, experienced and knowledgeable. They were extraordinarily helpful in showing us their extensive inventory and in bringing rugs to our home so that we could evaluate them in place. They allowed us to keep several rugs overnight so we could see how they looked in different kinds of light, especially important for the exquisite Persian rugs. They display the actual prices of the rugs - which were very competitive - and do not haggle. Once Jafar had a seen our home, he suggested a rug that we probably would have overlooked in the store, yet in the end, that was one we chose.
